My 66 year old aunt went inside to use the restroom because she has urinary problems only to be told she couldn't use the restroom until she buys something. My aunt literally had to beg this woman to unlock the door before she used the restroom on herself. She told the lady she intended to get breakfast after she used the restroom and then was told after she uses it she needed to see the receipt. The lady unlocked the door finally and told us that people off the street come and mess up the bathroom. I said Ma'am so you locked the door because you don't wanna clean up the restroom. Some of the guest eating could mess up the restroom. Everyone has a struggle that could be you out on the street, with no where to live and y'all have the nerve to refuse them from using the bathroom. These people don't even have money to eat. You don't know the last time these people off the street had a hot meal or a warm bed to sleep in. The nerve of these people. Owners, management, and employees of McDonald's. My family will NEVER eat here again. The service was horrible and the food was even worst. Customer service was AWFUL!! How dare you to deny people the right to use the bathroom because "Street people" keep messing it up. My aunt had to beg this lady to unlocked the door before she messed her clothes up. I just pray one day that the Owners and managers never finds themselves on the street. Read moreI've been to this specific location several times these past two weeks and each time, there was a problem in each visit.
First and foremost, I want to address the negativity I experienced, I was very uncomfortable with the atmosphere, ANDREA GREEN was cursing and verbally abusing a few other employees as they worked around one another.
Service wise, over these days I was either waiting in a non-existent line for about 10 minutes to be served, waiting in a designated parking space for my order for almost half an hour in which I asked for a refund and left. Or, I would order on the mobile app, drive to the location, and STILL have to wait for my order when it should be ready at pickup, I live about 5 minutes in decent traffic, I stopped at the convenience store (the one literally across McDonald's) and picked up a few things and got gas in my car before going to pick up my order in which I had to wait even longer to receive because no one even started it in the first place, the employees were calling to the kitchen for what they needed, although most of the food was hot, my fries were still cold and noodle-like.
Sanitation was horrible on my last visit, people were coughing, sneezing without covering their mouths, and itching themselves before touching food/drinks....

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times while traveling on US HWY 1 and it's never been consistent with service, speed and food temperature. On 09/07/2025 (8:39 PM, receipt #1317), I decided that would be my last order there. My order included a double Filet‑O‑Fish, large fries, a large Diet Coke, and a medium fry and Coke. Everything was fine until I reached the window—then they asked me to pull forward which sufficient enough time had already passed from placing the order.
I politely asked for condiments before I moved (which they almost always fail to include when I don't). The original employee had moved away from the window before I could ask. A different employee arrived, I asked for sauce and he gave me one pack of sauce, but when I asked for another, he pulled out a whole spiel about charging 30 cents next time and that he was only supposed to give one. The tone was like he was speaking to a Kindergartener.
I would have been okay with the charge. I stayed quiet and simply moved forward as instructed.
