It's been 2 years since I tried this place. Last time I only ordered fries but the guy at the pick-up widow tried to hand me a vanilla shake and insisted (despite my fries receipt) that it was my order.
This time they told me to wait in space #1. Except they'd already told someone else to wait in that space. An employee came out came and tried to give me an order that obviously wasn't mine. When I told her it was not and probably belonged to the other car, she insisted that it WAS mine. When I pointed out that I didn't have ANY drinks, she finally said "Well... It's PART of your order so take it and I'll go get the rest." Then she took the rest of the stuff in her hands and delivered to the other car . I had no doubt that I had part of that car's order in my hand and was going to hand it to them, but they pulled out in a hurry and would have taken off my door had I tried.
So the employee left. I knew she was lying. After 5 minutes of waiting for "the rest" of my order, I walked the other car's order back inside. The employee who promised "the rest" had chalked her screwed delivery up to "a job well done" and obviously never gave me a second thought after handing it to me. She was inside doing other things. The folks behind the counter confirmed it was another order someone else was missing and that they'd already made it once. Moreover, they'd already made my order once. I had to wonder where my food had gone, but hoped those people had gotten an "upgrade" from what they had ordered.
Every time I go it's like they make random orders and hand them out to random people.
They gave me a free dessert coupon for my next visit... which will be used at another place. Never coming back to this one.
I get it. Fast food restaurants are practically criminal. They treat employees like garbage and pay them nothing so they don't give a damn about service which is why I seldom go and when I do I try to make simple orders (no "hold the pickle" BS - they're lives are hard enough with stupid people treating them like dirt). But this is the worst place for screwing up orders.
Some very nice, very friendly people work there. But I'm not a fan of the service which is incredibly slow and...
Read moreThere was a smart mouthed little b on Saturday Feb 2 @ 9:56am. We went there and asked if they still had the mushroom and swiss. This miserable, rude, disrespectful girl said, "Look at the time, do you know what time it is? Tell me the time." "9:56." "Yeah, that's right, we don't serve lunch, pick something from the breakfast menu or leave." She then went to the back because another girl had taken over. When we went to the window there was another girl (she claimed she wasn't the one who treated us like animals.) What's wrong with asking if they still had an item? How about YOU repeat what I said and see if I wanted the mushroom and swiss? Did YOU hear me correctly? I was asking if you had it not that I wanted it. I know you don't get 5 star service with fast food, but when they're rude like this, you need to let them go. On second thought, we asked the manager (most likely another worker, they love to pretend they're the manager to cover each other). The "manager" just said "Oh, ok, but you got your order?" No apology and she refused to view the footage. How is she going to "talk" to the worker that did it when she doesn't know who it was?? She said she won't do it since it wasn't that serious. Whoever she was should be fired. You don't treat customers like that. Hate your job? Go back to school and get an education miserable b. I contacted MCD's customer service line and it's day 3 and they have yet to contact me. Not to mention they gave me a fake number when I asked for district's number. Horrible, just horrible. I liked how the coward went to the back after saying what she needed to say. She can't even own up to...
Read moreLet me tell you, this place has really stepped it up. It took the world crashing to his knees for it to happen but it happened regardless. That's what we're here for, standing at the Finish Line cheering on the participants. You made it, McDonald's, your food has become consistent and somehow better tasting then your competitor's. I don't have to worry if I roll through at 2 a.m. about the accuracy of the food in my bag. I don't have to wait 20 minutes because somebody can figure out the timing of the fry fryer.
I know, at least now, with a degree of accuracy, what to expect.
Since I'm here, I just want to touch on the only complaint I can think to muster up, a matter of opinion really, something I'm sure that is above the paygrade of anybody at the location I'm reviewing. I just want to know how is it covid-19 has anything to do with what menu is available at what time? You have all the ingredients, all the capabilities, all the parts in place to serve the alldayeveryday menu you had just rolled out with a year or so prior. Why is it then that I can't get a buttermilk chicken biscuit at 1 p.m.? How did the pandemic cripple your production capabilities to the point that you can't offer breakfast all day, while at the same time improve so many other aspects of what make those golden arches so greasy golden?
The world may never know. I guess I'll just have to be...
