My girlfriend and I ordered some food via their website a month ago. The food arrived; however the Queso we ordered was missing. We called to inquire about it, and the cashier employee on the phone was extremely rude, insisting that we were BLIND and that could not find it. She kept saying "I remember putting the queso in the bag, it IS there. SIR TRUST ME, it IS there. Keep looking, it IS there, I put it there, I remember, this is not OUR fault".... we flipped the bag inside and out, there was no queso. It is absurd that kind of language and accusation being thrown at a customer that just ordered your service.
With no adversarial nor mean language from us, we kindly replied that the queso wasnt simply there, yet she interrupted me with insisting she was gonna put her manager on the phone; yet she left the phone hanging and I could clearly hear her talk in the background complaining to her colleagues about our situation. It was evident, she never called her manager over, and simply left the phone hanging so we would just drop the case.
We hung up and called 20 minutes later, which would end up with the line busy, since she never hung up the phone and left it hanging.
20 minutes later again, we called, and no one would pick up the phone. The phone would ring for a looooong time with no one picking up.
Honestly, this is probably one of the most disgusting customer service experiences I have ever had. I have worked in Customer Support for the past 3 years and this was a complete second hand embarrassment.
My girlfriend and I put in a survey within their site where we put the order, completely describing this ENTIRE scenario; and today, a month later, QDOBA has yet to reach out to us back with any kind of remediation. We insisted in the survey that we wanted to hear back from them to no avail.
I also agree with several other reviews within the site, where the employees are quite rude and condescending in person as well; but I never bothered too much to think about it as I really just want my food.... but this was just too much to handle. I have to share this experience with everyone.
QDOBA, please train your staff in customer service. Not providing me a service I pay for, and then playing victim and manipulating me is simply theft. My girlfriend and I had been in contact with a Covid patient, so we could not leave our apartment that 2 week period, so there was no way for us to deal with this in person. We had the receipt, and we had the proof in front of us that our order was missing items; yet it was impossible to work with you as your employees gaslight and simply try to get rid of a conflict.
I will not be looking for any more services in this...
Read moreWe have recently opened a new office in the Lake Mary area. Our executives were visiting the office and had me invite the employees and other executives to join us for a lunch meeting. So, a few days before the lunch meeting, I called Odoba Catering and had the pleasure of speaking to Welton James, Catering Manager. As I had never eaten there before, Mr. James suggested several delicious choices, and we picked the Chicken and Steak Bar and desserts for 10 people. Then the day of the lunch meeting, about one hour before our delivery time, my executive asked me to add an additional food for 15 more people to the lunch order! I called Mr. James immediately and he said he would do all he could to get the extra food ready for the additional people. They were short-handed but everyone at Odoba pitched in and helped make a lovely meal that our executives were really delighted to eat! He and his staff were miracle workers and they were for the challenge and they delivered incredibly wonderful tasting and fresh food! They set up a fabulous Chicken and Steak Bar that was almost too pretty to eat! Their Hot Bar came with so many delicious items to pick and chose from that you could have just eaten from the bar and been full. They added Grilled Adobo Chicken and Steak Burritos. Everyone was really impressed by the beautiful presentation, and the food was some of the most tasty food that we had eaten in a long time! You can tell that Mr. James and his amazing staff serve only the best to their customers, which they certainly did for us! What could have been a disaster with us asking for more food at the last minute, turned into a culinary delight! What astounding customer service!! We will most definitely have them cater more events in the future! Ask to speak to Mr. James and be prepared to enjoy a feast! Please check this place out, you...
Read moreI ordered my food online and I found it difficult that the comment section only allowed for 26 characters; it is very limiting. Either way, I asked for "Salsa onside lgt SCream." This is the first time that I have ever been to Qdoba so I was not sure if I would like the Salsa's. When I got to the register, I asked for my food and the cashier sighed as if I was bothering him. I told him my name and then he corrected me ON MY OWN NAME when getting my food. I reviewed my order and I asked if the salsa's were on the side because they were none in the bag. The cashier looked at me, snatched the bag from me and asked what my problem was. I explained to him and I noticed that the Pico was in my bowl and that the salsa was probably on there as well when it should not have been. At that point he yanked the receipt off of the bag and asked for the salsa's (from the associate making the food) I tried to explain to him that I just wanted to taste the sauce because I did not like it, then I would need it to be remade. He then re-walked over and told the associate to remake my food. For a second time, I tried to tell him that they may not be necessary and that if I could just taste the sauce, the meal would be okay. In an aggressive tone, he replied, "I don't know what's there, I didn't make your food." He stood there and gave me a dirty look while I tasted the side sauces that I had been given. I let him know that the food was fine. Please understand that this was my first time here and it was a very negative experience. I did not catch the gentleman's name, but he was older, caucasian, had a beard, tall and wore glasses.
Also, I did not have utensils or napkins with my meal. The...
