the chicken gets marinated in the dishwasher sinks, which are full of dirty dishes too. the hole place is cross contaminated with salmonella and raw chicken.
Don't use the silverware. They don't wash them properly because they don't use soap. they just handwash them in a small cleaning water.
Don't go in the morning. They save the food from the day before. (and maybe the day before).
4.if you love the sauces. ask for the small individual ones. the bottles they put on the tables are never clean. they just fill them up with new sauce on top of the od sauce.
RECYCLE FOOD. if you didn't like your food and send it back, they will use that same plate and give it to another person.
COMMUNICATION BARRIER. Most of the employees are undocumented and don't know English. if you have any questions, request or specification (like an allergy). good luck letting them know.
7.NO MANAGER OR PERSON IN CHARGE. every time i go to the store there is no manager or person in charge. if you have a complaint no one is going to take it, and because they don't know English they don't care. they just laugh and make fun of you.
8.BLACK LIFE MATTERS. NOT IN THIS PLACE. they have them, just because they order extra-sauces and a lot of free stuff. La Brasa say they are really complicated and wish they never come to the store,
FROOZEN NEVER FRESH. All the sides that you love, like tostones, fried yuca, ect. the produce is all frozen. if you go to a restaurant I'm guessing you will like fresh food, not something that you can buy at Walmart.

Read more2 weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars. I ordered through Uber Eats and everything arrived hot and fresh, the food was delicious. Last week we ordered again assuming everything would be just as good. NOPE! We were missing all the sauces we paid extra for and the steak was the size of a chicken finger. It cost me and extra $30 to have this delivered by Uber and now I have to drive over to their location to get my order fixed. A complete waste of time and money. It gets better! When I get there, there 8 employees that I can see. I explain my situation and they don't speak English and can't understand me. I speak to the next person and the same situation. 3rd person same situation. What do you think happened with the 4th person? No one understands me, or so they claim. I happen to understand and speak some spanish. The first young lady who pretended to not understand me was telling her coworker that I was wrong and she put the sauces in the bag herself. That is when I decided to speak to them in Spanish and explain that she was lying and that I understood what she was saying. The bags were delivered tied in a knot. The Uber driver would have had to untie the knots and remove the bag of sauces intentionally and the retire them in knots, that's ridiculous! I had to cut the bags open because the knots were so tight! It's one thing to make a mistake and apologize, it's another to lie about it and treat the customer like a moron because you think they can't understand you, that's elitist and discriminatory, you should be ashamed of yourself! When I asked for my $30 back for the Uber fee they refused, they gave me my sauces and recooked my steak, but now the rest of my order was cold, they didn't care. Read moreI use to like this place come and even tip in drive-thru. At times the meat was cold but I didn’t complain but no more. I ordered a half chicken dark. One leg quarter was done the other was not. It was red near the bone and meat pink. I called and she asked me to bring it back. I brought it back after work. 3 women gather to look at the meat talking in Spanish (which I could understand) and say nothing to me. One lady who is always sweet tells me they have to call the head manager. Really? Over chicken? Just give me a new meal or refund! She walks away. I’m just standing there. I asked the other lady “what’s up?” She holds a finger up like one moment. Then the sweet lady comes back and is like our seasoning makes the meat pink and the issue is you broke the meat up. Of course I did to check and see if it all was raw. I showed her the red bone and asked does your seasoning do this? She said “no”.
