I really wanted to like this place. They fixed my son’s iPad in the past and I thought it would serve as a regular place to have my electronic needs taken care of. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. I called about the status of my sons iPad and Juan gave me the wrong information. When I asked him again, he gave me the right information. When I asked why he was giving me conflicting incormation, he said it’s busy in there. I said it’s ok if you don’t know, just tell me that. He then says, I don’t know. I said which one is it? Is it ready or you don’t know? He then says, Wendy just come get your iPad. He kept in repeating that and wouldn’t answer any more questions. I came in and the store was not busy. I asked if he was Juan and he said yes. After I said I will be writing a review based on your lack of customer service. He dismissed me and said “have a great day” and walked to the back.

Moments later- he is calling me to ask what he could have done better!! Too late my friend- the relationship is now sour and I will never patronize this business again!

*upddate/ I went home and realized that they lied and never fixed the charger port as they instructed they did. They are not to be trusted and I will be reporting them to the BBB....

I rarely write reviews but my experience was so bad, that it pushed me to write a review to warn people from doing business here.

I visited this place based on the good reviews here but after what I went through I can only believe that most reviews are fake. I bought a refurbished iPhone for my mom for $350. We had to go back the next day because the battery wasn't charging. They changed the battery.

The next day, we realize the speaker doesn't work and we see a black spot in the screen. We take it again and they confirm that the speaker isn't working. We asked for a refund and they argue that they can only refund 65% of the total cost of the phone!!! On a damaged phone!!!

We went in trying to buy a new phone and came out with no phone and $122.5 less. If you want your money stolen from you, shop here....

Went there bought a protective screen for my Note 8. They only had 1 to choose from, ok that's fine. They guy puts a cracked one on first tells me it is made like this first. Then calls to see if he can replace it(I was confused too) the screen came off the very next day. I go back the next day someone else is their. They put the screen back on no cleaning or prepping so the screen has lint under it and on the side very noticeable. I'm told because he has put it back on there is nothing to be done or it will ruin it. Leave it on for 24 hours if you can don't touch it............ guess what in less than 24 hours it came off. So that is money down they drain. Besides that the protector doesn't attract finger prints or dust etc........ that is...
