Rather busy and dysfunctional. The young lady taking my order was very polite and apologetic. The computer started updating mid order and therefore no orders could be taken. There was one front employee who was more interested in playing around. One back staff member was busy carrying on a conversation with the guy who was busy playing around. The other back staff member was shoved food on a tray right through the window onto the floor, almost hitting the young lady who was trying to take my order. I checked my order before walking away from the counter, with the chaos she had forgotten to place my cookies in my bag. I said something, and she grabbed the cookies and apologized. I would say the reason that my cookies were not bagged is that the young lady was cleaning up the food shoved through the window. There were no straws in the lobby, I asked for a straw, and the young lady was trying to find them from behind the counter and not finding she asked the guy that was busy playing around. Needless to say, he decided to play around with her and wasn't helpful at first, then provided the correct location of the straws. SMH. The only reason for the four star service was due to the kindness of the young lady who took my order. Other than that, it would have been a 1 star. As with people playing around, unnecessarily shoving the food to the floor, the drive-through was backed up, people sitting out in the curbside pickup and people waiting inside for their order. Read moreI normally like this Zaxby's and receive good service. However, I went there today for lunch and waited 25 minutes for my order (one of their meals with no special requests). I only received it after going to the counter and waiting another 10 minutes after inquiring. No apology was offered. My toast was burnt. My boneless wings did not come with celery, as advertised, and my chicken was cold. I ate it because I didn't have time to wait for a correction - I had already used half my lunch break waiting for my order. I know mistakes are made at times, but acknowledgement and an apology go a long way.

I went in there like an adult and asked to speak to Amani because there was an issue with how he/she talks to children. He/she was extremely rude and disrespectful walked away while I was talking to him/her and then proceeded to talk about me to the other workers. Extremely rude & unprofessional.
