I am highly disappointed in the service I was provided. Tonight I decided I wanted a blizzard and fries. Once I got to the establishment, waited in a long line, and placed my order. I specifically said, Large Fries and a LARGE cup of nacho cheese! It was my turn at the window, as we all know it takes a moment to make blizzard and fries. So I was watching in the window. I saw the cook put my bag on the shelf saying it was ready. The cashier then went to pick the bag up and sat it by his register. He turned around to take care of another customer, as he turned around my bag fell on the floor, which he bent down and picked it up and sat it back by the register. The cashier took care of something else. He then came back and opened the window, handed me the bag I’m speaking of. I asked him, “Are you really going to hand me the same bag that fell on the floor?” He kept telling me, “this isn’t the bag that fell!!” So I took the bag along with my drink with maybe 20 ice cubes. He then pulled the blizzard 1/2 melted out of the ice cream fridge (didn’t flip it for me for obvious reasons) and sent me on my way. I got home only to find My Large fries were 1/2 empty and my LARGE cup of cheese was less than 1/2 full. So I am not sure what I spent 13$ on since i really ended up with old grease fries and 1/2 of them! As you look at the pictures, this is at the point I pulled them out of the bag! So you can see the cheese was laid over in the bowl (but he swears it was not dropped, 🤔!) VERY DISAPPOINTING...
Read moreI will preface my review by saying that it really has to take a lot for me to leave a bad review for a business. We visited the Sanger location this evening for the first turn since moving here. We order 3 ice cream items in the drive thru around 8:30pm. The street sign and menu lights were all unlit so it was difficult to see. We ordered and got to the window to pay. Waited maybe 2-3 minutes for the first item (blizzard). Then another maybe 2-3 minutes for the second item (ice cream parfait). Then we waited about 10-12 minutes for the final item (banana split). Meanwhile, the blizzard that was received probably 15 minutes prior is melting all over my husband hand and my car with no napkins. The store was not busy and there were at least 3-4 employees working. One was making our order and the other 2 were just standing near the window socializing. There was absolutely no reason for the last time to take THAT long to make. If they were out of something or maybe a hold up, someone should have let us know instead of making us wait. Our first 2 items were completely melted upon arrival at home (we live very close by, so short drive). The car is a huge mess, and we basically had cups of melted ice cream. $15+ for melted ice cream. Also, so banana split that took forever to make was also melted as soon as we were handed it out the window. No reason or apology for the wait. All of this was absolutely unnecessary. Read moreWorst DQ I've ever been to. My first visit when I moved to Sanger over a year ago, I was asked to pull up and I did so. They kept me waiting for my food for 40 mins. I had gone inside to get a refund after the first 20 mins of waiting but was told I could not get a refund if I didn't have my food. Ridiculous answer because I still had not received it. When I got home it was not the correct food. It took me a year to go back after that experience. I went to get myself and my mom food and was asked to pull up again. I refused this time and was rudely told I was running up their drive through times and needed to move. Now I only go for ice cream which I figure is quick and easy. The kids who work there, while I can understand them being young, are very rude and do not seem to work very much. 3 different times now I had gone to get a blizzard (usually 2, one for me and my daughter) everytime someone makes the blizzard and leaves it sitting in front of the window for at least 5 minutes while the employees are visibly standing around talking or playing (sometimes outside tossing a football) This is horrible service and I have not been back in months. I realize this a long review and rant but maybe someone will notice it.
