Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Sanger

I guess I have to change my last review where I explained the “small town” is always complaining and really have not had “problems”. Well this morning it changed! Placed my order and knew it would take a little longer for the fact I asked for my tator tots to be extra crispy. I was the only one here and had been waiting for about 7-8 min (longer than their time clock allows per customer Once my order was ready (on the screen) it took the young girl a bit to come out. Which I found to be because she was waiting on someone else that pulled up 5 mins after me. She proceeded to take them their order first, it might have been a mobile order I don’t know. But once she come to me and gives me my order she reads it back to me off the receipt, my order was 9.00. I gave her a 20 and she would have to go get change. While she was inside I am opening my order to eat. To which I noticed that my sandwich was incorrect. So I pushed the button to have let me know, as I was going to “save her a trip”. She walked up to my car about that time and she starts to hand me my change, while I am explaining the sandwich is incorrect and shouldn’t be a sausage but should be bacon. She said cans I see your receipt? I said, Yes but you just read it back to me and read it correctly! As I hand her the bag the intercom goes off and I tell them, she is out here with it now. This young girl, ROLLS Her Eyes at me and says “I know” (referring to reading my receipt). She proceeded to walk off with the order and eventually comes back with the correct one, still having major attitude. So I got my corrected meal from her and explained, that her attitude this morning is what kept her from receiving a tip. She just said “OK”...

I work in the service industry all across the board management, bartending, fine dining waiting, I share this to point out I’m very patient when it comes to food service of any kind. Me and my fiancé went there and asked to make sure we got something that we thought would be included, but the last 3 times we got it it was not included. So when we asked we were met with energy like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Car hop also did made sure to treat us like like we were dumb for even asking ( wouldn’t have to ask if we gotten it the last 3 times ). And on top of all that my sandwich didn’t even have any meat on it , it seems every time we get here we have to correct our order ourselves with our own grocery’s. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but to treat us like we don’t know what we are talking about AND THEN messing up our order in really no way but just blatant neglect. So neglect when it comes to our order ( not even modification, just literally the most important thing that comes on the sandwich ) and then to be treated like we are stupid for it. I was a carhop when I was younger so I understand that job it’s not always the most glamorous. But I can’t say I’ve had a good experience anytime I...

I ordered a cheese burger and chili cheese tots and told the young lady who was taking my order to make sure there's a good amount of chili on the tots and also said how I wanted the cheese burger with just manase and lettuce and some good tomato with bbq sauce on it I get home and I opened the burger and there was alott of pickles and no bbq sauce and also I looked at the receipt and I was charged for extra chili and there was no extra chili on the tots I didn't ask for extra chili just said to make sure there's a good amount of chili on the tots because last time I got it there was not very much chili or cheese on the tots I have tried to call the sonic alott and they will not answer the phone. I don't understand why no one will answer the phone when it is a business I am going back to the sonic to talk to the main manager and get this fixed I hope. Sorry for not using punctuation I just trype what I want to say. To let you know that Soni does not have a phone to get calls really disappointed with that seems corporate does not care about the sonic and it's a brand new one been there for a year not good for not having a phone since there is a phone number...
