Honestly, this Pizza Hut might be in the Witness Protection Program because they’re clearly hiding from quality. First off, they must think pizza sauce is some kind of rare artifact because there’s NEVER any on the pizza. I’ve seen breadsticks with more ambition than these pizzas.
Second, cutting the pizza? Forget it. I have to bust out a kitchen knife like I’m preparing to serve Thanksgiving turkey just to eat a slice. It’s a BYOK (Bring Your Own Knife) situation, and I didn’t sign up for a part-time job in the culinary arts.
And the staff? Let’s just say they have the energy of people who were forced to watch paint dry before clocking in. If bad attitudes were a topping, they’d serve it extra thick.
If you’re looking for a pizza-shaped bread frisbee, served with a side of hostility, this is your spot. But if you want actual pizza, maybe try a place where they don’t treat marinara sauce like it’s liquid gold and remember that pizza cutters exist.
EDIT: After years of practicing my advanced pizza-cutting skills at home because the slices were never fully separated, I am thrilled to report that Pizza Hut has finally outdone themselves—I got a pizza that was actually cut all the way through! No more tug-of-war with the cheese. And as an added bonus, this time, there was actual sauce on the pizza! Dreams do come true. Keep up this unprecedented level of excellence, Pizza Hut. You’re on a roll! I have changed from...
Read moreThis store has very bad service. The employees ignore you when you come in and do not answer the phones. I stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes being ignored. I called the store while I was standing at the front counter as I watched 4 different employees walking around and no one answered the phone. I called again and someone answered and hung the phone up right away without saying anything. Another time I did a curbside order and they never brought the order out. I tried to call but no one answered and then the call was disconnected. The ap said my order was ready. I went inside and was told my order was not ready yet. I said the ap says it is and they said it’s not. They were not friendly at all. They seemed to be amused that I thought the food would be ready when the ap says it’s ready. I asked if they were going to bring it out when it’s ready and they said yes. They never even asked what name was on the order so I told them the name on the order and they just smirked and said yeah we’ll bring it out. I waited another 10 minutes and someone brought it out. They’ve consistently shown bad service and lack of caring. I boycotted this location for a long time and then decided to give them another chance after COVID shutdown calmed down a little but I’ll never order from this...
Read moreOrdered my delivery a bit late so it’s slightly understandable that they cancelled my order, although I live three minutes away. It turns out they called me 3 minutes after I ordered, and I never saw it. They didn’t try to call again or even leave a voicemail. I’ve worked customer service and retail so I understand that late nights suck, especially when you have a late order. But I didn’t even get a refund? A bit of care can go a long way, someone could have simply left a voicemail or tried to call me again (SOMETHING), especially after I didn’t answer the first time. Oh and I wasn’t even refunded. I’ll mention that again. My app was never updated- and maybe someone at the store doesn’t know how to update it from the app, but that should definitely change. I sat watching my app tell me it was being prepared and still on the way for almost 40 minutes. I am frustrated, I even tipped 25 percent and had because I ordered almost 30 minutes before close. Furthermore, the website on here says we can order delivery until 10:30, so that needs to be changed if they can’t handle my order. I recognize that things are tough right now but all I want is my money back and some pizza. I’m not looking forward to dealing with this whole...
