Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sanger

Ordered a pizza 14feb before we moved out of Sanger. We found a hair in the pizza, called and they said the next pizza would be free. Had a basketball game tonight in sanger thought we'd get our free pizza and then some. Was looking forward to getting home and eating our free pizza and watching football. The lady making pizzas came over to help credit our check the free pizza. Then she went straight back and started making pizzas again. I told the gentlemen hey she didn't wash her hands. He said il tell her. She's still making pizza. I said I sure hope she's not making my pizza. He said il make sure she doesn't. Finally I said bro she's still making them and he finally told her to wash her hands. I watched as the pizza was being baked. Well the same lady came out and touched her glasses and then a couple of drivers were eating. Then the qc lady took her hat off and boxed the pizza. So finally my pizza was done. I checked just to be sure and to my surprise 1 of my pizzas was wrong. I was shocked. So they once again had to make another pizza. The problems just compounded. However, they gave me free garlic knots for my wait. I live 30 minutes away and have 2 babies the babies were upset the older 2 kids had to eat and rush to bed. Please send the staff back through the health depts food handlers class. Needless to say I will not be back. The worst part of the whole situation is the football game was better...

I placed an order for for 2 Large 2 Topping Pizzas @5:15 PM today. I get there at designated time, and they tell me it's just now being put in the oven. I wasn't pleased with the answer but I waited til about 5:24 PM. I come back, and they tell me they are going to remake the pizza because of a bubble. Which I was fine with, but the younger man up front tried basically undermining the person's call. Basically trying to get me to take the pizza that was messed up as it is. I said, "I would like it remade like that person said to do." So I had to wait another 10ish minutes for a pizza to be made. I come back, and they make it from a large to a medium. They knew they messed up and asked me if I would like it to be remade or to just get store credit. I was tired of the mess ups and waiting around. So I just took store credit, but when I get home. Both pizzas are messed up (Large Pepperoni w/ Pineapple is missing Pineapple & Large Chicken w/ Hot Sauce is missing the Hot Sauce). So, not only did they mess up my large to a medium, but they also significantly missed the ingredients...

You see, I'm somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to fast food. One could even say I'm an enjoyer of all things greasy and artery-clogging. Yet, if there's one thing I expect out of places like this, it's good service. I expect that, when I place an order, I am met with respect and my order is made with the same respect I am given. Despite all that, and all the many Domino's Pizzas I have been to, this one has got to be the worst one when it comes to respect. Upon placing my order, they responded with a chuckle. I simply ordered a pepperoni pizza, yet they chuckled at my order. Then, once I received my pizza, I checked my beautiful pie and they added sausages and onions to it, as well as upcharging me nearly $20. I decided to be the better individual, and took my pizza to my car, speeding away to better pizza in the glorious motherland of Chicago, Illinois, munching on my burnt, incorrect pizza. So yeah, overall a bad experience, and I wouldn't come back again. Still better than the Chicago Dog...
