Big K's Burgers — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Absolutely worst service ever! Been going to this place for over 10 years and today will be my last day ever dining here. Wanted some pancakes for my daughter and a junior special for my nephew and they put me on hold over the phone for almost 30 minutes and just for them to hang up on me. A call that should have took under a minute lasted close to 30 minutes! Unbelievable and then they lie about it saying we didn’t know you were on hold, when i call back. Their prices have gone up so much in the last few years over priced on everything and now i know i can walk away because their customer service is...

I grew up in Santa ana and even though I haven't been back in about a decade, I still think of the burgers and fries from big k's and anytime I see a small burger joint, I compare it and they always fall short. Nothing as good as these burgers.

If you like the taste of a true charbroiled burger, this is the place to go.
