Tacos y Birria El Guero — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Food was good, and service was good.. i rated 4 ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ because I wasn't looking for birria...but my date was and people b4 us and after us, were being told to go to another location because they had ran out. That to me was an inconvenience, lady stated they ran out and delivery guy was on his way but if we really wanted Birria go to other location because they were out. The couple b4 us left, my date was so hungry he just changed his order and couple after us also went with what was available. My issue with is is that this is their signature dish/meat and for them to run out is just NO bueno...they should realize when they're running low and call for the guy that refills them, b4 they run out. The chicken enchilados tacos (i.e. red sauces tortillas,) is super flavorful, the chicken is very tasty often times I go with the crispy chicken. The barbacoa is great too is what else I've tried. Oh yeah, don't forget the conzume soup is pretty good. It doesn't matter the line they move e fast inside and the food is always on pointe. This place has some mean chicken...
