Brito's Taqueria 3 — Restaurant in Santa Ana

It was a late night search for a wet style burrito that brought me here. Most other places close at 9:00 pm but Britos^3 tried to be an oasis by staying open an hour extra. We order to go and happily head home. The food was okay until we found a short hair on an order of Carne asada fries. That plate was left untouched after that, but maybe it wasn't Britos fault. Two of the four of us eating have short hair so there was a chance it was one of ours. This excuse was quickly snuffed out when a knife into the wet burrito revealed yet another short hair. Was absolutely delicious. It's a pretty big menu, lots of options. I got the pollo burrito which had chicken, beans, and Mexican rice, and the shrimp soup which had shrimp, veggies, and spices. Nice big, filling portions. The service was really good. The waitress was very nice and generous. We asked for some sauce and the waitress brought four different sauces with an extra side of rice, onion, and cilantro. The food is pretty good. I love their chicken and beef soup. They're service could use a bit of improvement though. I ordered chicken soup over the phoneone time and when I went in to pick it up they had run out. Incredibly upsetting considering I was getting it for my sick boyfriend. Another time, we went in while a worker was sweeping and the look, attitude, and service she gave us was bad. It was obvious she was annoyed with us for just being there. I can overlook the bad service since their food is good, but if continues to be unpleasant, I might not...
