Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Santa Ana

First time here and I have to say it’s not for me. For homemade bagels the bagels I received was very hard. The ingredients inside was good but not the actual bagel. I was expecting something softer and honestly I could have bought the bagel from the store and it would have been more edible than what I received. I gave the service 3 stars but the person that helped me place my order seemed irritated by my questions. I watched him help a lady in front of me and she got a better service than I did. The cashier Luisa was sweet and kind to me.

I would not be returning to this bagel place it just wasn’t for me.

We came in early on a Sunday morning for breakfast. There was a line, but the wait was not tlong. The employees were doing a great job roving everyone along, including online and delivery service orders. The bagels tasted fresh, and the range juice was good. Everyone was friendly and had a smile, although it was the morning rush. The restaurant was clean and well stocked, except for a couple of tables where guests had just finished eating but failed to clean up behind themselves. We had the Farmhouse and the Skinny Avocado bacon Po tomato bagels. Both were very good. We also grabbed a giant chocolate chip cookie for later, and it was also very good and soft.I recommend this...

I have to say that this morning I had the plan to enjoy a great breakfast sandwich bagel with my beautiful daughter but sadly the assistant manager is an horrible guess services she had an actititude, really rude the other worker refused to take my order is simple if you work in a place where you are serving any kind of help you have to be respectful, friendly kind! Why are you working in a place where you don't feel happy, the love what you do, you have to love and feel great full for having a job I'm not claiming a service like a queen but make the costumers loving your place your services, your person!! Sorry but this is what I live this...
