Shout outs to the owner and chef ā€œJOSE LUISā€ and his very lovely wife ā€œLUPEā€. Not only did they make us feel like we were at one of our own family members shop, the elegant style and quality flavor that was packed in every delicacy I tried, really put this little ice cream spot on my TOP 5 ā€œALL TIME MUSTSā€!ā€™ For SANTA ANA!! ! Wether u go with their freshly made, ice cold, Aguas de Fruta , their rich, endless, all natural ice cream flavors, the warm, sweet signature crepes, or the fully loaded Tosti Ramen Esquitesā€¦ā€¦LADIES ANS GENTLEMAN, TRUST ME WHEN I SAYā€¦ THIIS SPOT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! The second time, I grabbed one of the Cheeto esquites with butter, mayo, and cotija cheese. Absolutely loved it and the agua de Fresa plus the fresas con crema was the perfect combo for the spiciness. The owner was there both times and seems like a genuinely humble, kind man. The place is beautifully painted and has a selfie mirror perfect for cute summer pics. Will definitely visit again soon :)

I absolutely loved my visit to Cancun Ice Cream! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I was thrilled to see such a great variety of non-dairy options on the menu. It was so nice to enjoy a treat with my family without having to miss out. The menu has something for everyone, and the flavors were delicious. Plus, they're open 7 days a weekā€”ice cream every day is a dream! Iā€™m definitely looking forward to...
