The Joint House of Burger — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I placed an order through their website ordering system, not the third party apps. No one ever got back to me about the order. After waiting an hour, I called, and the cashier didn't even know anything about the ordering system available through their own website. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused telling me he wouldn't be available until tomorrow afternoon. I asked how to get my money back from the order I placed on their website, and she said I would have to call my bank to cancel it. So they don't know anything about their website, and don't have managers available at all times? What kind of two-bit joint is this place? Pathetic and...

First time here and I wasn't disappointed! My little brother put me on this little joint on how good the burgers are so today after church I brought the whole fam-bam. Instantly we were welcomed by the nice lady at the front register. They have a variety of food ranging from amazing burgers such as their MUSHROOM BURGER, HAWAIIAN BURGER, & of course the CLASSIC CHEESEBURGER. But their menu doesn't stop there. They also serve your classic diner breakfast & including a bunch of classic Mexican dishes such as ENCHILADAS. The best part is that the food comes out nice and hot which is a huge plus for me!! This place is right on the corner from me, I had a bad experience with the taco truck that’s on the side of them. I don’t recommend it. I came to the house a Burgers. They were fast to tell me an even though it had nothing to do with them and it was a different business. They apologized and Melanie is one of the cashiers there. She has the best service ever. I needed two more dollars for my order and she told me I could just bring it next time she remembers faces she’s very kind 10 out of 10 recommend this place.
