Please Read Before doing business with these people. We purchased a washer and dryer set a couple months ago and have onging problems with with the dryer. This company does not have the ability or knowledge to repair appliances, nor should they be in the business of selling them. I had a Samsung certified representative come to our home and try to repair the unit, but he could not due to the dryer being modified or improperly worked on, basically he said that this retailer switched the manufacture tag or panels because the model number and serial did not match their Samsung records on file, he said it was fraudently sold to us. Once he looked on the inside of the unit, there was wires taped together, zip tied wires with incorrect connectors and overall looked extemely bad. This has been all documented by Samsung and when I reached out to the retailer, they would not take responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THESE...

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I had agreed to buy a fridge from them, and the day of the scheduled delivery, the lady I was working with mentioned that fridge was missing a lot of parts and could not sell it to me. She offered to sell me a similar fridge for the same price, but not as nice, however claiming it is brand new and with all the trim pieces. I accepted and delivery went smooth. However when opening the fridge, it was missing all the trim pieces and installation kit. I reached out to them but it’s been 2 weeks with no answer.
