It just always amazes me when these well known fast food business have real low ratings on Yelp. I realize that there are a lot of haters out there, and will rate one star for whatever petty reason that urks them. And I get it! But these chains should have the process down - so I'm always curious where they fell short.
It's very possible that this location has earned their 2 1/2 star rating. I'd rate them about a 3 and that's because their fries were cold and we didn't get all the condiments that we had asked for so we had to find a parking spot in their crazy busy parking lot that they share with In & Out, and go in to get the condiments we wanted. *So make sure to check your bag before pulling away if you had any special requests.
The staff were very nice and the drive-thru moved pretty quickly - we couldn't believe how long the line was for the drive thru, but they have two lanes, and there were order takers outside taking orders - it was very efficient!
When we got our food and realized we didn't get all of our condiments, since we ended up parking, we decided to eat in our car.
I don't usually order the waffle fries - I'm not really a fan - but I decided to get a combo to share the fries with my husband. Well, the fries were cold and it just verified why I'm not a fan. It's nobody's fault but my own - I already knew I didn't care for them. I guess I had just figured that since it was so busy, the fries would be fresh and hot - but I was wrong!
The Chicken sandwich was delicious as usual. And I'm definitely a fan of their diet Arnold Palmer!
So long story short, three stars for the experience and food quality and one extra star for their very nice...

I arrived home to check my beloved signature Chick-fil- A Sandwich, when I came across something quite disturbing. I didn't believe it at first, but I, indeed, encountered a Pickle Issue. Do not fret- for I am a professional. I swiftly retrieved some pickles in order to resolve my Pickle Issue. Though, I am concerned... What if an amateur is in light of a Pickle Issue? They may not handle the situation in a professional manner as I did. It is very concerning as I have never encountered a Pickle Issue at any other location before. Sadly, the Pickle Issue is not the only problem. I once waited 20 minutes for a medium fry... None of the staff addressed my presence. Some often questioned why I was waiting there, in which I responded my purpose. I am very grieved of the Pickle Issue, and please be happy that I handled it in such a professional manner. Many people are incapable of coping with a Pickle Issue as I did.

Read moreExcellent Experience! So much they gave me a free lunch today for my birthday.. The management thinks that was ridiculous! That I had drive far distance 20 mins away from local Chick-fil-A 's by me! So much that I saw homeless near by that would have loved a free meal today.. Even Corporate Chick-fil-A apologized for this nonsenses.. It was frustrating.. To get a free something for my birthday! Great job at this location! Woodbury location and Marketplace made me jump through hoops.. I have been very greatful the times you have given me perks.. As well as I had multiple great interviews..
