Mediterranean Guys — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I don’t usually like giving negative review but this is Horrible Service. I asked for a Mixed combo plate and when I payed I realized they charged me extra for a plate for one item and they did the other as a la carte (Charging me for two items instead of the mixed plate I asked for) . The guy working there didn’t make it clear it will be charged this way when I place the order , especially I started the order saying a “mixed combo plate”; and the extra charge is for no reason other than taking advantage of their customers. When I asked him for to clarify why is the charge and to make sure the customer knows next time, he was rude and his response was the menu is there for a reason and it’s pretty clear. While the menu have tons of item and it’s not really clear except maybe for him since he works there, the price on the menu was way less than what I got charges. They didn’t even bother to consider a customer’s dissatisfaction or solve the problem; instead they blame the customer. Worst experience ever !!! Did I forget to mention that additional to the extra charge they are way Overpriced compared to other Mediterranean...

I came to this place the first day it was opened. I was extremely Impressed. This is a family owned Restaurant. The food is extremely fresh and made to order. I ordered the chicken Kabob plate, with a side of Hummus and Grape leaves. The grape leaves were so soft. The Chicken was not dry at all hence being made to order and fresh. They also have white meat for the chicken kabobs. They had many options not only meat, but vegetarian. They have Gluten Free items as well as have items that are organic. Khaled was extremely helpful and polite. He helped explain everything and even let me try a few things. They accept cash or card. They also offer discount for first responders or military. I was contemplating sitting outside as they have outdoor area, but the inside was clean and well lit. Forgot to mention the desserts that they have. Lets just say sweet tooth. I definitely will be coming back here, and possibly try their Mediterranean bowl next time. Recommend this new hot spot for...

The employee with the blue baseball had very argumentative. My wife and I have been regularly visiting this place for years and always order the half chicken with two side orders.they have always gave us 2 baked potatoes as one side order This employee continued to correct me and said they never give out 2 potatoes as one side.he requested that I speak the manager who never came out of his office.this employee returned and I felt he shamed me by saying he will do it this time but never again In my opinion he was very rude and argumentative to me.i canceled the order and purchased a salad. Good food here but ruff on the customer service.i like the place but don't like this guys service I think its just this employee because I have had always had good customer service. It should be noted i requested to see the manger a second time and he refused by simply saying what would I like to order It might be time to take a break from here and warn others about...
