I placed an order through the system at 7:30, my tracker indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 8:20. I called the store several times and there was no answer.
My husband and I waited til 9pm, for a call or delivery and nothing was done. We drove to the store to clear up the misunderstanding and at this point for the order to be canceled.
In fact my husband requested to speak to the manager to make a formal complaint on the lack of customer service we received throughout this process. It was so frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone thinking that our pizza had been delivered elsewhere.
We wouldâve understood if they wouldâve told us the actual time of delivery was not accurate but instead they proceeded to call the driver and made sure the pizza were not delivered since we were canceling! It was very unprofessional and they showed no care for the customer at all. The manager never came out because he/ she was too busy in the back and instead a young lady proceeded to tell my husband that they were short on staff and that deliveries were taking 2-3 hours! Had we known this from the start and there was actual communication with us either in a text, call or in the system, we wouldâve understood and picked up the pizza ourselves, we ended coming all the way over anyway!    Read moreThe Manager is really unprofessional. I had an incident where I ordered pizza and wasn't delivered. I ended up canceling it because when I called the girl told me that the pizza was never made. Well a week later, the pizza I canceled got delivered. My father in law paid for it with his cash and when I got home, I was thrown off. I called the manager thinking it would be a quick fix, because well, it was their mistake not mine. The manager ended up telling me that I probably ate all the pizza and that is why he couldn't refund the money. I told him to come and pick it up and return the money. He kept coming up with excuses trying to pin it on me. I ended up having to talk to the owner. Who is unprofessional to say the least. He is horrible. He claimed that human error is not possible from his employees. And refused to give me the money back. He was only willing to give me a portion after telling me that I was wasting his time and that he didn't need my money. I don't understand how a customer is suppose to pay for a mistake that his employees make. Rude, unprofessional. I will never go back to...
   Read moreI scheduled a pizza delivery at 12:30 and said that the guy left the store at 12:34 and I had to wait 30 minutes after my expected delivery and nothing.. I called in and the dumb lady put me on hold and then 10 minutes later picks up and says can I help you I told her that I had placed an order 2 hours in advance through the app and Also told her that the app said he left the store a while ago and asked if he left or not. She said he's still here and he's busy.... Okay and she asked about my delivery location and then said that he left at that time and I said I thought he was busy and then she hung up... WOW! I called back and she said he takes about 2 to 3 deliveries at a time.. ok... I told her that she could have told me that before plus I ordered before hand. Then she hung up again.... like around 1:50pm ALMOST 2PM the pizza guy decided to show up. Bad attitude smelled bad and box all greasy. The pizza tasted gross.. I asked him for a discount and he said no. Never buying dominoes again.....
