Wish I could report something better, but this is based on my first experience here (and quite possibly my only one) After reading so many great reviews, I was excited to try this truck. The girl taking orders was pleasant.... Ordered a fried shrimp taco.....bit into it and the shrimp batter was barely warm and the shrimp room temperature.....how disappointing.... it had obviously had been cooked long before I arrived (my guess is for the lunch rush that never arrived) and had been sittin around for awhile (it was about 330 pm) ( I did not take it to go, I ate it there so it would NOT be sittin around ....guess that strategy didn't work.) Spit it out and it went straight into the trash. Food safety may be an issue if they leave out food at room temp for extended periods of time. How hard is it to serve food that is supposed to be hot, hot?...guess my expectations for that are just too high. I might give them another chance some time for some ceviche since there is no requirement there for it being served hot, but I am not nearly as excited to try them again like I was before...

On a recent visit with friends, a greedy amount of menu items were procured and...

Overall other Mexican spots sell for the same price just this is healthy and delicious beyond expectations. Yaqui just never fails to...
