Tacos Lindo Michoacan — Restaurant in Santa Ana

By far THE WORST experience I have ever had here!! I ordered a bunch of food along with a burger for my children. I asked for no onions no pickles & no lettuce. The burger has no description of what comes in it. Once the food was ready, I cut the burger in half & saw jalapeños in it. I went back & kindly asked the lady if she can make another one for my kids before I didn’t ask for jalapeños. She quickly got an attitude & said I didn’t ask for no jalapeños. Um what!? You didn’t tell me a burger has jalapeños. Nowhere I’ve gone has jalapeños in it! She then walked away from me & helped everyone else & kept ignoring me. At that point I asked for a refund. She laughed in my face & said no. That’s when I started saying who puts jalapeños in a burger & where on the menu does it say you do that?! I want a refund since you refused to make another one for MY KIDS! She kept laughing called some lady & then told me no she can make me another one. I said isn’t that what I first asked you & you told me no!? I want a refund now. She’s like no I’ll make you another one. You think ima have my kids eat it after the way she treated me from the start, not knowing if she spit or did something to it!?...

First time here and wont be my last. Food is very delicious and well portioned and priced, extremely affordable and will not disappoint. They are very generous with condiments my order came with carmelized onions, jalapeño pepper, nopales, horse radish slices, and cucumber to cool the pallet after their well spiced salsas.
