Krak Boba Santa Ana — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Edit: I have to drop a star because the last time I came in there were two sets of couples being very intimate in the shop. Think kissing, cuddling, touching, which made me very uncomfortable while I was waiting for my order. Please be more conscience of what people are don't in your shop.

This is my new favorite bubble tea shop! I order about once a week with some friends from work. I love the Dragon Slayer, it's a slush with mango, dragonfruit, and lychee. I add boba. The lychee flavor is the most pronounced but then you get some mango or dragonfruit and it's a completely different flavor profile. The boba are the perfect softness and sweetness. I've also had the brown sugar milk tea (full sweetness) with boba and it's one of the best milk teas I've had. I can't recommend this...

The drink itself is mid and I reeeeallly don’t like the texture of the boba, it wasn’t chewy or soft but more powdery(?? if you know you know

Also I ordered delivery online through their website but not sure what happened and the receipt I got was for pick up, so I called and ask if they can have it delivered and they said they can’t do anything about it even though I ordered directly through them and not a third party. In the end I had to take time off work so I can go pick up. The staff was nice though so the star goes to them, but maybe some changes can be made to help future incidents like this :) I would say more like 2.5 stars, one more star cause at least their price...

I went into the store and ordered 2 drinks and the customer service was horrible. They didn’t inform me the drink I ordered had pudding chunks in it and it wasn’t in the description of the drink. I went in trying to get it replaced and just have the pudding chunks taken out and they refused. Then we decided to just order new drinks and Kayla refused to even give us a small discount for the miscommunication on their end.
