Giovanni's Pizza & Mexican Food — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Went here today, my girlfriend and I were very hungry and didn't know where else to go since we're not from around here. We stopped by and saw that they had pizza and tacos, so looked interesting! Their menu consists of pizza, tacos, torpedos, tortas, aguas frescas, pasta, milkshakes, all sorts of things. We settled for pizza and got the "combination" which is another word for supreme. They have different sizes, so we got Large and it was a lot more than I expected, I thought it was X-Large when they brought it over. The lady told me it would be 20 minutes, and it was ready on time, since they make and bake it from scratch and all.

Combination has bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and Italian sausage. The total came out to $21.85.

I like how they take the pizza over to your table, I was not expecting that but Giovanni himself brought it over.

Good experience! But the atmosphere was very hot, they have a fan on the ceiling but the restaurant felt like a sauna since they are cooking plenty of pizzas. The workers very nice and friendly and are on it. Definitely recommend to people who are having different cravings for...

Born n raised in santa ana, family use to order from hear many years ago. I tried it last night, ordered a large pizza, wings n salad. We all know good pizza only takes about 10 minutes to cook, oven time. Ours took 45 minutes, I believe the crust this place uses now is frozen! It was literally the worst pizza I have ever had. I've actually had better frozen pizza then what I received. Do not waist your money here, this place only served Italian pizza n food years ago, now u can order tacos, torts, etc.. this should say something to you.. the pizza is disgusting! I've even been sick all day, cramping with stomach ache. Spend your money elsewhere, little ceasers $5 hot n ready pizza is way better. Disgusting pizza...

Been coming here since I was a very young kid. It was my families go to place. A Friday night would roll around and we'd be there. We would would actually pick it up but who's counting.
