I'm so happy to have discovered Huskins Coffee today! First thing I must say is that the customer service is A1. From the initial call inquiring if they have dine-in (which they do, along with patio seating) the guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. He even informed me that I could text my order to the number I called and it would be ready when I arrived!
I elected to dine in because of the beautiful photos I saw on google and yelp. It did not disappoint! It looks like this coffee shop has Canadian roots which is super cool and inspired me to order their Hometown Latte which is made with authentic maple syrup from Canada. It was delicious. Reminded me of the delicious lattes I had in Calgary. I also ordered the oatmeal cookie (it was so good!) and their avocado toast. It was nice to see my latte & toast made to order with care.
The interior design is so lovely and refreshing. Very spacious with plenty of seating and outlets. The friendliness & patience of the customer service was most memorable (and not overwhelming)- I felt welcome & appreciated! My cashier (according to my receipt) was Kent & the other guy who made my latte name was Dev. These guys were awesome.
The music selection was on point (I need to know the playlist!) and at a perfect volume where I could enjoy doing my solo work. Congrats Huskins- you're my new favorite Coffee shop in Tustin! Keep up...

Though it was sweet and not overly, I wasn't able to finish it. It was just too bitter for me. I want something smooth without the after taste. I had a sip of the lavender coffee since that person I was with ordered that. All I could take was lavender and no sweetness to it. Though the person behind the counter let us know that we could opt for a redo on our orders, we didn't have the time to try it again. I hope there is a smoother coffee available and if so then the person behind the counter should offer some advice. That would make for good...
Read moreNot really sure what to call this place. It is a cafe that roast its own coffee. They have s simple coffee menu and few pastry options that are brought in from an outside vender. I noticed several mugs but was surprised when they served my coffee in a typical paper cup. Maybe the mugs are decorative. Coffee is served scalding.
Yet this location also doubles somewhat as a bar as it offers a few beers on tap and a lunch selection.
The indoor ambience is nice and relaxing with elevator music playing in r background. Plenty of seating with plenty of natural light. I also noticed an area with tables for outside seating. Corner location makes it easy to find. ...
