I purchased an Amazon gift card at Stater Bros., but when I tried to redeem it, it showed a zero balance. After triple-checking with Amazon, who confirmed the card had no funds and no record of being used, they advised me to contact Stater Bros. Unfortunately, I was redirected to Corporate at Stater Bros who confirmed my purchase but offered no solution, suggesting I file a police report instead of providing any support or compensation.

I’m frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer care from Stater Bros. and feel other shoppers should be aware of potential issues when buying gift cards here. I expected at least store credit or a better resolution process. Be cautious when purchasing gift cards from this store, as they seem unable to assist if anything goes wrong. I often shop at this stater bros market. It generally has Excellent Chaquita bananas, good lettuce, excellent mangos, and assorted other fruits and veggies. Good on keeping isles, refrigerators and frozen foods stocked. Great on selections they keep the brands that you expect, they don't buy for one-time deals, it's pretty consistent. Great deals at times on everything from Popsicles (my favorites) to soda to water.

Why 4 stars, we'll that damn check-out line sometimes backs up too much before they call someone out to help. They usually clean up the traffic pretty quickly once they figure help is needed. Other than that, you won't be...

This store has racist people working there. Don't get mad because your ask to do your job. Then when you see me again you want to retaliate by saying oh you haven't been here in a long time...then you want me to go out into the car to get my ID and hold up the line...thats cool and then charge me the high prices for something...Its bad! But its okay because i can all way going to the Stater Bros in Fountain Valley where the employees respect you know matter what color or language you speak. Mi estoy abriendo Espanol...This just didn't happen once its been about three times. I 🙏...
