Wish I could say I loved this place and will be coming back but unfortunately that’s not the case. Freshly made tortillas is what brought me in. Loved the size of the tortillas however seems like they add ap flour to them and throws off the corn masa flavor. The menudo was good and meat was really clean. Don’t recommend their agua the Jamaica it taste too artificial like what you get in a package at a grocery store. For the price & size the agua de Jamaica should be made with fresh hibiscus flowers and have that delicious flavor agua de Jamaica lovers enjoy.

This review is only based on their Menudo. The menudo is great, they only serve it with meat so don’t expect any grano. They let you add pata, I didn’t get it this time but I’m sure it would have been great! The flavor was great, the tripe was very clean and tender. Since they give you house made corn tortillas you will have to wait a bit but they are worth it. I would suggest you ask for butter so you can spread it on your tortillas. The chili oil was fantastic. Would come back again for the menudo.

I ordered chile Verde plate, spicy just like I like it. The food is good and they have taco Tuesday and beer. They have two waitress and service is slow, atmosphere is good and they also have good Spanish music. Highly recommend.

My roommate actually recommended La Casa De Marcos .... It was my first time dinning at this place ....They do have outside dinning ...I met the owner .She was the most wonderful down to earth Lady I have ever met .. The experience was excellent.. i ordered the "Chilaquiles" the ones with red sauce... And of course with a nice cold Pacífico mex beer.....The establishment was clean as can be .. i can at say that this place met with my high standards when it involves Covid precautions ...they did offer sanitizer Wich was conveniently everywhere for the customers.. bathroom very .... But above all the food ..i mean you can't get any more authentic when it comes down to authentic mexican food.. everything is and taste like home cooking .. I recommend this place for the entire family ... .. thanks once again for reading my...

The waitress that brought our food, forgot multiple items we had ordered, I gave her a chance to bring it up and bring them to us, but she never did. She had no problem charging me for them and not mentioning she didn't bring the items to us. I still left a tip. We walked out, she probably thought we were long gone, but we were still outside out of view tending to my kids and she exclaimed to her co-workers about the tip I had left her. In my perspective, she was lucky I gave her a tip. It wasn't that busy where she would have forgotten to bring our items. The food we ordered was good and the girl that took our order was kind. That waitress needs to go through some training. I will not be returning. She's a blonde woman for reference incase anyone thinks about trying...

So I just wanted a side of beans and cheese for a quick lunch. I asked how much they gave you for a small side of beans and she pointed to halfway of this container which I already didn’t want because it was so small but thought it would be okay. I paid $3 and change for pretty much a scoop of beans and they put queso fresco as the cheese on top and ruined the beans. No mexican restaurant that I have ever been to has ever put this cheese on my beans. The only reason it looks like it was filled to the top of the plastic is because I ran across the street with it and it sloshed around. This is so disappointing and the beans taste as disgusting as they look. Waste of money and my lunch. Never going back here....
