Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Poorly trained staff. Sometimes they accept coupons, sometimes they don't. Even the same coupon. We went there and had a 2 for 1 coupon and it seemed like the employee never saw the coupon before. She asked her coworker and was told how to redeem it. Then we went to the same Subway two days later with the same coupon and this time another employee told us it's not valid here. We told her that we used the same coupon two days earlier at the same restaurant but she didn't care, didn't even ask one of her coworkers. So we ended up paying for...

Sad to say this lady feels entitled try to make me feel less being Hispanic herself. Instead of telling me she don’t have enough supply to make my order or anything she can substitute it for the inconvenience or say they are out this is what I got. We just want to enjoy a nice lunch not given what they chose to give us. Talking to employees about me signaling with eyebrows and constantly looking over at me. I unfortunately eat here pretty regularly because it's down the street from my work.

It's a coin toss on whether the bread will be fresh or not. The vegetables don't always come across as being fresh either.

The workers almost always have bad attitudes and don't seem to take any care in the sandwich they're making you.

If there's another subway within a mile of this one, and I'm sure there is, I can't recommend enough that you go there...
