I'm a loyal, daily customer at this Starbucks, and for the most part, my experiences have been great. I've always felt welcome, and the baristas consistently craft my drinks perfectly. In fact, the drinks are a solid 5-star experience – consistently delicious and made exactly to order. I can't fault them there at all.
However, my recent experiences have been significantly impacted by one employee. There's a new, older gentleman working the drive-thru window who is consistently rude and unwelcoming. His demeanor is a stark contrast to the friendly and positive attitudes of the other baristas I've encountered at this location (and other Starbucks locations). Every morning, I dread interacting with him. It's gotten to the point where it's affecting my overall experience and starting my day off on the wrong foot.
It's truly disappointing, because I love supporting this Starbucks and appreciate the quality of their beverages. But the drive-thru interaction is the only customer service I receive, and it's currently a very negative one.
It's unfortunate that I have to rate this Starbucks so low. The drinks deserve a much higher rating, but the consistently poor customer service from this particular employee brings the entire experience down to a 1-star. I'm placed an order at a different location unfortunately but the baristas at this location we're not willing to actually or offer to make the drink for me that I place at the other location. that's mainly the reason why I'm reviewing this this way. when I call a couple other Starbucks they're baristas were willing and even offered without me asking to make the drink for me at their location if I was willing to stop by and I really appreciate that. the Tustin and Santa Clara location is probably better with the customer service. the one on main Street and Town& country.
