If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve tried giving this place so many chances over time because the customer service used to be excellent – especially from a young woman named Pricilla (I believe that was her name). She was always kind, respectful, and made every visit feel welcoming. Sadly, I haven’t seen her in quite a while, and since then, this place has gone completely downhill.

I’m an older woman, raised to always keep a clean and orderly home, so I know the difference between a place that’s just busy and one that’s downright filthy – and this place is beyond filth. The roach infestation is out of control. I’ve seen them crawling around like they belong there – on the floor, by the counters, and even near where people are supposed to eat or be served. It’s absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

My husband refuses to come here anymore, and honestly, I don’t blame him. This place clearly isn’t being cleaned or maintained like it used to be. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend others stay away until serious...

This lady is extremely rude. She gave me an ice cream cone which had a big bite on it and I requested for her to give me another cone because I wasn't going to be paying by or a cone that had a big bite on it. She then told me with a horrible tone," girl bye!! You came in here when I was eating and I'm on my break!" So you can leave now because I have a right to refuse service plus you look undocumented to me !! My response was have a bless day and ask for help if you need help! As my husband grabbed my daughter and was heading towards the main door she shouted, hurry up and follow your husband clearly you are submissive so hurry, go on and be submissive. We are the type of people who avoid conflicts but I refuse to stay quiet and here I am sharing my experience.

To derail a topic over a an ice cream cone and shout things like this is beyond crazy. I truly hope this never happens to anyone again.

I saw some people eating ice cream and thought I'd get some. They pointed me to where they got it--La Michoacana Express. The sign said OPEN the door was unlocked. I walked in at 8:49. The gentleman working said they were closed. As I was walking out, a couple was crossing the street to go in. The young man working was turning off the sign and locking the door behind me. The couple asked me if the place was closed. I told the couple that's what I was told. The woman said, "So they close at 8:50pm sharp, huh?" She had seen the same people I had. The couple and I passed the people we saw eating and they were shocked saying they had just gotten their's

I'm new to town and love the Frida Cinema across the street. It would have been nice to try another local business. Their hours state that they are open until 9, but i suggest going early, well, even earlier than 8:49. Maybe I'll get to try this place sometime and...
