I've been coming here for over 2 years at least three to four times a month, The food is delicious, SOME staff are amazing, YESSIII! Is the best by far she's compassionate fast add extremely attentive , on the other hand one of the owners the taller Caucasian male is an asshole, let me explain. So today I decided to have dinner there and rode my expensive electrical bike I recently fell for my bike and have some injuries on my leg that I have to attend to when I was finished with my food I asked if I may use the restroom so I can clean my wounds of course yesi being the woman and great representation of this restaurant(probably the ONLY ONE) allow me to bring my bike inside because the area where the restaurant is located is a pretty rough area and it would get stolen but when I try to put it inside the restaurant the owner or whatever he is the tall Caucasian bald guy with Attitude told me I wasn't allowed to bring it inside then proceeded to get dirty looks from various coworkers, I know for a fact if George was here who's the actual owner wouldn't mind me leaving my bike in there to prevent it from getting stolen anyways I was pretty upset and livid when I wrote this but I mean every single word on the other hand I highly recommend the burgers here and some of the staff's customer service the rest will just look at you with a dirty looks as if they're...
Read moreEAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I was there on 1/17/23 at 4:17 p.m. I ordered chili fries and a burger combo. My daughter began to eat the chili fries and on her fork was a small black hair. My daughter has long black hair. I came back to complain and they offered to replace my order. But while I was waiting, I changed my mind and felt it was unsafe to eat their food. So I asked for a refund. THEY REFUSED! And the manager/owner refused to speak to me! I took a video of the entire confrontation. At the end, one of the rude ladies placed the bag of food on my side of the counter, closed her screen window, then slammed the glass window shut as well. She didn't shatter the window, but it was that loud. Ultimately, we left with no food and they kept the $22.70 that I spent. Heads up to the owner, I complained to the health department. The Owner/Manager Frank and his son John used to keep a clean ship and disciplined crew. When I ordered a steak salad for 13.99 I got a steak salad for 13.99. Skip to CURRENT YEAR: Frank and John are gone with some new guy who STOLE the name saying he "Owned this place the whole time" obviously lying because Frank used to have the business license posted on the window with his long last name on it. The staff HATE the customers. HATE WITH A PASSION. The menu was changed up and the entire formula has gone to garbage.
