It takes allot to get me upset with customer service but this place really deserves not even 1 star. First of all how sad for a great corporation to be paying the worst employees and manager EVER!!!! to be getting paid for what to closed down a business 30 minutes early because they feel like it. Not only that cars are going to the drive thru WAITING for someone to take there order but no. I had to pull around to find two ladies hiding in the back by the first window I go to the second window one guy taking an order holding a mop. I was going to leave but notice more cars in the drive thru I pulled over to see the next customer's wonder what's going on. I informed them that no one is going to answer and a lady in the parking lot said I know because we never got a answer my husband had to get off to go inside. That did it for me I parked went inside before almost getting locked out by an employee because she felt like it. I walked up asked what time they closed she said 11 and it was only 10:45 and when I told them why no one bothered at the drive thru one rude female says go ahead and take her last order I'm not taking it. Wow I couldn't believe my ears so I demanded a manager she told me well he's sitting outside because he's clocked out. I went outside and there's Felipe the person who should of been trained right in the first place before giving him such responsibilities and with horrible employees. Now i know where they get it from I could tell. And what's worse he sat right next to the drive thru watched and heard everything didn't even bother to address it as to why customers are not being helped on the orders. I told him do you have any clue on what's going on with your store making everyone continue to go threw that drive thru and get no help and he tells me well I'm clocked out and I wasn't aware of anything that moment the lady jumped in upset because she knew he was there and told him how dare him act like he didn't know because they were loud enough to be heard. I really hope that the CEO of this location is aware that this place needs ATTENTION!!! and pay attention there's far too many 1 stars that should give them a hint. Read moreNormally we go to a gas station and every Sunday and get our Donuts coffee chips before just for church my wife says she wants a ice coffee in the closest one would be McDonald's we got there ordered paid at the first window the guy was really nice and I want to make a comment about him now getting to the second window window to pick up my order or something different got her stuff left my wife took a sip of her cold coffee and says this is flavored she wanted plain iced so I had to go around and also they forgot to give us one part of our order when I went around the first one wavered me on the first window I said the coffee was the wrong one she apologized I got us a new coffee and the biscuit with butter that we ordered so we left again my wife went to get the butter for the biscuit in the bag no butter where to go around again and when we went there one car was ahead of us I saw the lady sorta look at us duck back in the window when we pulled up she had the butter waiting for us I think the guy in the first window called and told her of course we were late to church the reason I got two stars it's because of the first guy he seemed to have things in order we still going to go there because things happen just usually not that many things...
Read more1/6/2020 I received a response from the management company of this branch location.. to my surprise, they included 2 coupons for 2 FULL meals of my choosing to re-earn my trust. I like management who respond and improves.. This action has won 1 star.. taking it to 3 stars.
12.19.19 - I ordered a #1 big mac combo.. this place was busy.. although I ordered to go, inside.. it seems they are filling 3 drive thru orders per 1 inside order. I waited a long time for my order, long enough, they had to ask for my number. While waiting, one of the customers spits his fries out and show his fries to the counter manager. He got a fresh new order of fries. After I got back to my office.. well.. pretty bad food experience.. patties were way over done.. very dry. Fries... I know why that customer took it back.. The fries were under cooked. I did email McDonald's and received a response that they have communicated...
