new york slice deli oc — Restaurant in Santa Ana

We were looking for a place to get pastrami on our way to the beach, and I'm so glad we took a chance here. I saw from the reviews they were new and wasn't sure. Well, let me tell you, I am a fan! Not only were all the sandwiches phenomenal, the staff was so warm and inviting. You can tell they take a great pride in their shop and product. We had the pastrami on a baguette, the suga Mama (chef's kiss 💋, my favorite), and the Italian grinder (also fantastic). This will definitely become our regular spot to stop in and grab a sandwich on our way to the beach. The only bad thing, but not a reflection of the owner because I don't think these are made in house, was the black and white cookie. These were so disappointing, they tasted off, very off. I wanna say this is not just my favorite Deli in Cali but the best food I ever tried .. the food is so yummy .. i tried their food in their three different location, commerce, Santa Ana and Phoenix in Arizona; they were all incredible. Very tidy and contestant and good quality food. Well trained staff. I like it when you enter and they all welcome you with smile . I liked Alia. Very nice girl, smiley face all the time, funny and loves to give more. The good service that they have is what makes me come again and again . I like their Roast Beef sandwich; very delicious . They also got numerous options on their menus to choose .. thank you guys for taking care of your customers ... Definitely I’m coming back and bringing...

If you are looking for great place to buy deli, subs, or sandwiches. This is the place! I have went there three times and I bought the same Italian sub, and it is so delicious! I haven't tried a different sub. But they probably taste just as good! Next sub will be the Italian grinder. There isn't sitting inside, they do have tables, and chairs, but it looks like they need to organized so people can start eating their subs, or sandwich there. The reason maybe their AC doesn't work, but other then that check out this place for delicious subs, and sandwiches. I gave it a 3 for atmosphere because it needs be tidy up, and the AC needs...
