I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I think I’m done. The food just isn’t fresh—tastes like it’s been sitting for a while. I ordered a large plate with three entrées and half-and-half rice and chow mein. The rice and noodles were stale, the beef and broccoli and orange chicken were just okay, and the kung pao chicken had no spice at all. Portion sizes are always smaller than other Panda Express locations, especially the chow mein and fried rice. They skimp on everything, and the chow mein is mostly veggies with barely any noodles. I’ve had minor issues before, but this time they forgot part of my order. I get that they were busy, but that’s no excuse. On top of that, the staff is consistently rude. No matter who’s working, they always seem to be in a bad mood, and the owner is even worse—barely gives you half a spoonful of whatever you order. The only reason I kept coming back was convenience, but at this point, I’d rather drive to a different location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this one.

Bad service,Discrimination against Chinese, chaotic management, the manager and cashier are terrible. The food portions are small and the money is skimped on. This is America, but it is managed by people from poor countries. They distribute food and treat customers in their own way. If you are an immigrant from other countries, you will encounter serious racial discrimination. Even if you speak English and ask for chopsticks, you will not get any tableware. Before taking the food, you must check carefully whether they have skimped on the service after you paid. Even the change will be quietly deducted. They are managing and serving American restaurants with the model of the poor. It is a shame for America. This will no longer be America. Because of these poor people, this will no longer be the American restaurant with good quality, low price and large portions.

I love Panda and this is the only one in the area. The food is usually up to par, but they struggle a lot on staff. Constantly around dinner time they only have one person working the front. This is a poor reflection on management more than anything. Hopefully they work on that so customer's around waiting for 15 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of them. This is very common here.

This review is specifically because of the manager Jocelyn. I really hate wasting my time with a complaint but it really is an upsetting matter for my family. My mother came in and she is a Hispanic women late 40’s non English speaker at that. As she was ordering she forgot the name of one of the items so she proceeded to point through the glassy Jocelyn was taking her order and completely ignored my mother and would not look up instead asked “what’s that”. My mother then asked her to look up to what she was pointing at because she could not remember or pronounce it. Jocelyn then went back and starting chatting and mumbling with another male worker and laughing while looking back at my mother. My mother then asked Jocelyn why she was manager with such an attitude and bad etiquette. Jocelyn rudely responded by saying she was the manager and could do what she pleases. Really Jocelyn? They did end up exchanging some words and as my mother was leaving she grabbed her food and Jocelyn then said “hope your food sits well”. Now obviously that’s very sarcastic and a passive aggressive insinuating something. Of course my mother wrote to corporate and let them know thee issue and informed her she is not the only one who has complained about her. No surprise there right. They did send her coupons for 2 free meals but the bad experience will still stay and she will no longer go there. You can bet if I was there to speak to Jocelyn and stand up for her she would have never treated my mother this way. Avoid the bad attitudes and map a different panda with better customer service and a an actual...

I usually come here twice at week to eat and I usually don’t pay attention to the bad customer service tiny issues that I face when dining here, even if the food is cold I don’t make a big deal; but today I really had it, my visit to this place was very unpleasant, The food was disgusting, I ordered three items, teriyaki Chicken, kunpao chicken and orange chicken, with fried rice and chow mein. Fist of all the Teriyaki chicken was cold, second of all, the rice was hard to chew, like it was old rice, sitting for long time in the pan and it got dried out, the egg in the rice was overcooked browned like charred, but I continue to eat cold teriyaki chicken with the noodles and the dried rice and while I was chewing I chewed a piece rock that hit my tooth filling and my tooth hurt a lot, I showed the piece of rock to one of the employees who was cleaning the dining area and the employee picked up the tiny rock of my plate immediately to remove evidence, and she brought it up to the manager’s attention, when the manager came to my table she was very rude, she was making all kind of excuses about the piece of rock in the rice, however, she refused to listen, I decided to asked for my money back and she refused to give me my transaction receipt back, I was talking to her and she turned around and left me talking instead of her fixing the problem she was very rude. Her...

So this one of my first of many reviews so cut me some slack here! I've been going to Panda Express since a child and have never fallen out of love of the food. This new Panda Express hasn't changed my current view at all.

Service: Now some people may complain that this Panda Express in particular is slow. There could be two reasonable answers as to why this is true. First of all this Panda Express is only a month new from the time this review is written so perhaps they're not as organized as one that has been opened for a while. Secondly, they may not have enough employees as this Panda is fairly new. Furthermore, they could be having employees do the job of two people for the lack of employees and I feel that deserves some recognition because it's hard work! A lot of people come to Panda in general and this location is in a dense area so at the speed they go it's actually very fast in my opinion.

Environment: To begin, there is ample seating and this location in particular looks amazing. The interior design of this place is contemporary and makes you feel comfortable.

Conclusion: I feel like this Panda Express has a lot going for itself. I don't see any ways that the employees are slow or service is slow. Very...
