This store is the store you go to if you want to get ripped off!!! And they don’t provide no receipt because they do not want you to see what they are over charging you for!!!! Which it’s illegal to not provide a receipt, that’s why I called weights and measures on them so they can get audit and finned also the federal-bureau of commerce!... All those so called employees customer service sucks! They get all offended when you confront them about their rip offs!!! Never again will I deal with IRIS and ANA biggest rip off people at this location! Don’t let them bundle anything to your purchase!

the worst place to go. i went there bought hands free for my iphone. they did not even give me the reciept and i needed the regular hands free and these people cheated gave me the hamdsfree with bluetooth. i told them to check it they said its brand new and works for sure. when i get into my home and i checked them they were not working without the turning on the blutooth. i returned it back and reqiested them to exchange it for the handsfree i want or give me my money back cause i did not need the bluetooth handsfree. they were so disrespectful and they were refusing exchange and return. my god i was so shocked and mad. long story short i came home without exhange or any returned. please do never go to this place. or do never buy...

Lady here tried to rip me off tried to charge me 200 for a free phone, when i asked phone a break down of the phone she all a sudden started looking for the phone and said she didnt hage that kind. After 15 min of looking stuff up . Then when she pulls out a phone that she does have she tries to still day its 200 dollars that shes cant sell me the phones with out a case or screen protector which came out to 60 bucks which is a complete rip off i had to ask her to break down the price for me several times then had to ask how much is case and screen protector to find out its 60 bucks for for both. I said no you cannot make me pay for something i dont want and left. Waste...
