I wasn't impressed with the last Target I went to in Santa Ana but then again, that was in a ghetto area so luckily, we ended up in relatively nice area of Santa Ana this time around - that doesn't even look like Santa Ana so hooray!
We spent two hours just in the baby aisle. It's like a mini baby 'r us in there. You can pretty much find everything you need and then some. We were interested in all the clearance stuff, what I had added to my cartwheel, and whatever else was needed for the baby boy (not mine mind you).
If you know how to shop at Target (like I do), you can score with some great deals and we scored big. Our cart was piled high with diapers, clothes, bottle stuff, food, butt paste, jelly, shampoo, toys, etc. It all came out to be about $300 but with the coupons, cartwheel, Target red card, etc - the amount went down to about $180. Score! If you're going to be a Target junkie, know how to shop like one.
Overall, the store is big and clean. Staff is friendly and we pretty much shut it down because we arrived so late but nonetheless left as...
Read moreI shopped at this store (1441 W. 17th St. Santa Ana, CA 92706) on Saturday, July 10th/2021. I had purchased item and asked the cashier for some change, she indicated that she did not have enough change and sent me to customer service, I asked the attendant at the customer service desk if I could get change for $5.00. The attendant did not know if he could give change and called over another attendant who informed me that he could not give me change unless I made a purchase, I show him my target bags full of purchases, he still refused to give me change unless I purchased more items. This incident occurred about 12:15pm
This was insulting and discriminatory as I am visibly disabled, I presume.ed this treatment to be discriminatory due to my race. I believed Target to hire employees who are trained in diversity customer relations. This experience has made me apprehensive about visiting this...
Read moreToday we came in on a mission to find a specific item and were starting to lose hope after being told it wasn’t available. The first employee we spoke to just told us if it wasn’t on the shelf, it wasn’t in stock—fair enough, but we weren’t ready to give up yet!
Enter the absolute hero of the day: the young man working in the electronics department. He could’ve just left us hanging, but instead, he took the extra step and used his device to help us track down the item. Not only did he find it, but he also found it in the back stock—saving us from making yet another trip to our 7th Target of the day.
We didn’t catch his name, but we just wanted to shout out a big thank you to him for going above and beyond. This level of service is what keeps us coming back. Please make sure he gets recognized for his excellent...
