Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Cold pizza and cheese was still grated underneath pepperoni's. The Cinna-stix had a mountain of cinnamon only in the center of the whole thing so it was over seasoned in some areas and under seasoned in other areas. Thought it could have been a lot more pineapple when I paid for 2x pineapple and some of the pieces had not.one slice of pineapple. I called and the manager was some young know it all and was rude to me when I asked.to talk. to manager I was hung up on then second time was put on hold 11 minutes. I spent 48.00 on 2 pizzas with each 2 toppings special and one cinnamon sticks and in the end I got an 11 dollar credit for the cold cheese pizza . I think pizza is.good from one closer to my house so could just be that one location that was lousy so let's hope so when I call back to spend my 11 $ credit bcuz that's only reason why I'm going back. The worst experience I have ever had, the manager is completely unprofessional. I called for delivery, they messed up my address then called me and told me after an hour and 20 minutes I was told that they can't deliver to me and they will give me store credit instead of even refunding me my money. I live a mile away from this location I told them that It was unacceptable and forced them to give me my food which took a total of 2 hours to arrive. I will be notifying corporate of this. They should of atleast offered me a refund. Nothing was done and left me with a very bad taste about the pizza Hut franchise. First of all the service was horrible as the employee seen and heard me when i said hi, then he looked away and didn’t come to help me. When another customer walked in then he came to the front and gave me my order, when i got home i noticed the pizzas had no sauce which i had ordered the sweet marinara so because they didn’t put any sauce it was super dry and all i tasted was the pepperoni’s. Also the chicken fettuccine Alfredo had light sauce which usually at other locations they put way more sauce. I’m not coming to this location anymore as i’m worried they may mess up again and I don’t want to be disappointed. If you want good pizza go to another location, stay away...
