Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I usually stop at this one since it's dead at 4:30, and I think it's dumb to leave reviews on places like this, but I couldn't actually tell the store they fked up, so whatever. I've never had a serious issue here before.

I understand that fast food is underappreciated, and most employees are treated like trash by the general public.

Couldn't get a basic ass quesadilla right. It was absolutely just leaking everywhere that gross sauce I specifically asked to not get. It also wasn't actually cut and packed worse than a McDouble during a 2AM post-bar rush. Seriously, that sauce was absolutely coating the inside of the wrapper and smeared all over the inside of the bag.

I wanted to just go in and politely ask for a new one, but all the doors into the dining area were locked, and staff just watched me trying to get in. There weren't any trash cans for me to even dump the order. One of the homeless folks near my house got to benefit, tho, so I guess that's a kind of silver lining. I didn't get to eat my food, but at least...

Been eating here for well over a year. I like the food, and the service is usually good. There have been times when I get the wrong hot sauce and once got the wrong kind of soda. I can forgive this, it happens so seldom. Tonite though was bad. I gave my order at about 8:42pm, then had to wait until 8:59pm before I could leave... Apparently, there was a problem with their computer and it messed up a couple of orders, but, instead of considering the customers that were literally trapped in the drive-thru line, they took their sweet time with the first two customers. I waited for over 20 minutes and was made late to work. They should park the problems while they sort it out and either serve the rear or allow them to pass just like other drive-thru restaurants. This caused me A LOT of trouble, and has made me start looking for another place to patronize... Hopefully they dont do this again to...

This Taco Bell is one of my favorite ones, I know the location is not the best but every time I go to this Taco Bell I have a good experience. Fast and friendly service, 99% of the time my order is accurate and the food is always good. Sometimes it is a little bit frustrating because is super busy and only one cashier manning the drive thru and lobby. But I realized that fast food employees are overworked and underpaid, so I breath and relax, the last thing a highschool girl/boy needs is to be mistreated or given a hard time at work. Also I highly recommend order through the app! Literally is just perfect! You can put the order wait for 5 minutes and pick it up! Zoom! Blink! Flash! Order up!
