With my work being moments away, ordering round table happens fairly often throughout the year at this location. Normally the food is good and the service is tolerable. This last visit was troublesome. In calling in for the take out order, we inquired about specials. Claudia gave only one special offer. We asked what specials they have on specialty pizza and they said none, therefore ordered the special they had on a one topping and asked to pay for the additional topping. Before leaving to pick up the pizza, we checked on the website specific for this location Round Table and found they had a special for any specialty for approximately $4 less. When we arrived, we asked how come Claudia didn't tell us this when we specifically asked for specials on specialty pizza. She became defensive and argued that we never asked for the specials. She claimed we asked for the price on specialty pizzas, therefore she quoted the regular price on specialty pizzas. Logically, I would think if we asked for what specials you have, then asked about specials on specialty pizzas, an employee would be inclined to offer them. Claudia proceeded to be adamant and rude, and willing for us to abandon our order and take our business elsewhere. My wife was disappointed and also willing to leave but I cannot allow food to go to waste. Reluctantly paying for this pizza, this will be the last one consumed from this location as their service does not live up to the standards I've experienced throughout the company. Read moreListen, the inside is old, smelly, and dilapidated. Everything you come into contact with is literally sticky and the poor team that works there act like they are miserable (fair). The worst part about this location isn’t even necessarily everything I wrote above. This location does not participate in round tables new Reward Program, nor do they allow for you to order on their app for delivery. They say “call to confirm your order” well, no they are lying. Your order NEVER goes through. I’m positive they’ve done this on purpose. But, I don’t understand purposefully wasting your customers time and effort. I don’t understand purposefully not participating in the rewards program which is the whole reason why I downloaded this dumb app.
Also, let’s be real. The pizza is mid and it’s always cold when delivered. They gouge you for their basic af hidden valley barf ranch. They don’t give you peppers or parm when you ask. And they definitely do not supply paper plates or napkins!
This is a chain so I’m not going to say I care about supporting it. I realize it’s a franchise owned by someone, I do like to support my Santa Ana economy. But, I don’t like to support places like this, they nickle and dime you. Serve you super subpar food. They do not clean their location (how’s the kitchen? 😖) and best yet. They treat you miserably as if you’ve inconvenienced them with your business and money.

Doesn’t say anything about what stores will accept it on the coupon and you can’t even use it on the app or anything so your only option is to order and hope they take it when you arrive in person ? Shouldn’t be my fault when there’s literally no way to know that a store can just choose to not take a coupon that the company literally gives you. Kind of a joke honestly, don’t give out coupons if you’re not gonna take them at certain places and not even list that on the coupon or anywhere that you could actually find that information.
