Tastea Santa Ana — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at your Tastea Santa Ana location. I came out of my way specifically to redeem this coupon. The girl at the cashier just said “we don’t have that anymore. You have to call the other locations.” She didn’t offer anything else instead. And I told her “ I came here just for this drink.” Again her response “you can call the other locations” I just left because I drove out of my way, to a location that isn’t my hometown just to redeem the coupon. I expected more out of your service. I would have liked to have been offered another drink in its place. Your store should have anticipated a higher number of drinks needed if there was a coupon for free coffee drinks for a certain number of days. Or should have offered a drink in its place for people who come asking to use that coupon. I would have bought more drinks and your chicken if I was able to use the coupon. You need to teach your workers better service. This has left a negative thought towards your store and I’ve been a customer...

Flat out this tastea just ticks me off. Last time I came there went inside all hay ready to order and the guy said they're closed and I had to leave. I mean why don't you lock.the door and put the closed sign up. It said open. Wasted my time turning in . Came back today ordered all happy spent 15 minute ordering and turns out their machines Internet wasn't going online. Couldn't accept my card and said it was my cards problem.so I said "alright nevermind" and turn to leave. The guy didnt even say sorry just shut up like a dumass with no manners. I will not be coming back here again to avoid ruining...

I was just at this place. I ordered a large taro milk tea. One of the employees working behind the register tried to short change me. Not once, but TWICE. The first attempt, he claimed, "oh sorry, wrong order." Second attempt, he took a very long time to give me the correct change as if he was trying to figure a way to do it again. I made the transaction simple. The total came out $7.80. I gave him a $20 bill and .80 cents. $13.00 should be the change. Simple math. Very shady business with...
