Yoshinoya Santa Ana — Restaurant in Santa Ana

So the guy that gave me my order was extremely rude about it, saying “you want it? Cuz you don’t pick it up when I called it!” He was calling the order while facing the kitchen.

As soon as I get home, I realize they have me the wrong order. Not only was did the guy at the register give me attitude, he also gave me the wrong order.

UPDATE: I went back to the restaurant. As soon as I was back, they knew why I was there. The same guy told the kitchen to re-fire my order with the same attitude from before. He tried giving me a soda for the mistake, I just told him to please get the order right. On my way out of the restaurant, I decide to check the order. Turns out the order is incomplete.

So I ended up going back to the restaurant a third time to finally get my order right.

Entire ordeal took about an hour. Never again!

Walked in to your location in Santa Ana ,ca 17th street and n broadway. Placed my order with the general manager “Thomas”( older Asian gentleman). Once my order was taken I took a seat near the entrance and overheard the General manager Thomas talking down on the what sounded like a new employee. Saying things like “can’t you read” and not being professional. He is in no place to talk down to people in or out of the establishment. You can tell the new employee felt uncomfortable. As a general manger the most important part of their job is setting a positive example to your employees. Showing patience and understanding, I hope this gets somewhere to HQ where you can take action against general mangers like these. I came March 25th at 3:20pm and after I ordered I heard a off duty employee ( heavy set latina lady around mid 20’s) behind the counter visiting with the cashier (a black guy with a fro ) bashing a customer and using curse words bc the customer didn’t like that she touched her ankle and then proceeded to bag the customers food. She loudly bragged about how she was rude to the customer and the cashier was laughing with her. Then she proceeded to stare down me and another customer who looked at her in disbelief that she was loudly bashing a customer in the earshot of more customers.
