Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Barbara

It’s Wednesday, September 10, 2025. I ordered a pizza around 5:30 PM. Got it within a reasonable amount of time. The problem was I ordered a large New York style, Pizza, extra pepperoni and half pineapple and a side of cinnamon sticks. I received a medium pizza with the correct toppings not New York style and I got a 32 piece Parmesan with Sweet Icing . Ok simple mistake easy fix, Or so, I thought. I Call the store & spoke to the female rep who I’ve seen in there when I’ve gone in On occasion. Gave her my info,she put me on hold for quite some time, came back and said, “ Ok, So do you want me to send the right ones or what?”. I almost wanted to give a sarcastic response because the way she asked me was almost insinuating, as if it was my fault they had gotten my order Incorrect. I politely agreed and was about to ask her another question when she hung up on me mid-sentence. It’s been over an hour now still waiting for my cinnamon sticks that are probably not gonna show up. So probably not gonna order Domino’s for quite some time now at this point very disappointing And unprofessional Phone etiquette. PS I didn’t even eat the food that was delivered because it’s not what I wanted therefore wasted money all the way...

NEVER ordering from from the Mesa location again, very rude and unprofessional! I ordered a 2 large pizzas with a side of wings at 7:40 pm, only do wait an hour and half for nothing. When I called again to an hour after I ordered to check what had happened to my pizza delivery, the same person whobtook my order told me that it was on its way and if I didn't receive anything in the next 10mins to call back and see what they could do. Well I called back 30mins only to get the same person who took my order and told me to call back in 10mins, was now telling me that he NEVER had a order placed for my adress !!! It's was pretty unbelievable how he held down his argument about never taking a order down, I had all 3 calls registered to prove the times I called, they offered to place a new order in for me, but after I waited 1 hour 30mins I was not gonna wait 45mins longer! Didn't bother to agrue with such useless person !!! Do your job right or don't...

They never even bothered to deliver my order and marked it as delivered on the tracker. He never called, never approached my house. I called the restaurant to let them know that I was home and saw the driver arrive and drive away, and they hung up on me twice. I called again and was shouted at by their female employee, then quickly issued a refund. When I called the next morning to report the situation to the manager Naomi she said they told her their side of the story and there’s nothing she can do. What a joke. She never even bothered to listen or ask for proof that I would have given her. I also have a ring camera that got all of this on record. Not sure what the motive was behind that behavior but it’s just not worth tolerating. I hope this location gets...
