Wasn't all that impressed. Arrived around 7:30 on a weeknight trying to get some quick food to go home with. There were two people in line in front of me. I waited in line for at least 10-15 minutes before I was served. The cashier seemed overworked and distracted by other orders. After they finally took my order, they told me I couldn't use the Axxess card on any appetizer over $5, even I was willing to pay the difference. Which is odd, because the fine print says max value $5, not limit $5. Other restaurants let you pay the difference, no problem, but whatever, no big deal, I pick one of two appetizers they have under $5. After finally getting my order in, they told me it's another 10-15 minutes to my food is ready. Unhappy, but already invested, I have a seat. Around 8:00pm, 30 minutes after walking in the door, my buzzer starts going off. Sweet! My foods finally ready! Or not, when I go the counter, the girl tells me to hold on while the buzzer keeps going off in my hand. I'm wondering to myself why is my buzzer going off if my food isnt ready. Wait another few minutes and then she's ready to help. So I hover awkwardly by the counter, buzzer going off, waiting for my food to ready. A few minutes later, its ready and I can go home with my food.
Food was decent, but I ran out of sauce about halfway through the meal.
TL;DR- took over 30 minutes to get food, even though there was only 2 people in front of me in line. If you have the Axxess card and want to use it, you can only pick an app $5 and under. The $5.25 greek pie doesn't qualify. Food was decent, but I dont think I''ll be...
Read moreMy friends and l had the pleasure of dining in at Luna Grill tonight. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sarinna who went above and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember. I would go as far as to say that Sarinna is the hostess with the mostess! The restaurant itself is very comfortable and super clean. As for the food… delicious best describes what we ate. I particularly enjoyed the tri of dips and pita bread. The garlic was prawns were absolutely mouth watering. The only negative was that I had to share them with my friends! The assortment of sauces were yummy, yummy, yummy. Sarinna kept checking in on us and once she discovered that we love spicy food she went out of her way to give us additional sauces (which was on the house). You don’t get this type of service and generosity often, so this gesture did not go unnoticed. If you’re in the mood for great Mediterranean food please check...
Read moreCustomer service ruined my entire experience. I walked in super excited to try this place while out of town. When my friend was ordering I was taking pictures of the menu boards behind the register. When I was almost done the lady Mrs Flor, rudly told me to stop taking pictures because it was an invasion of her privacy. Shocked I told her "Even for yelp or google!?" I was kinda rude because I was really bothered by her attitude and tone. I then told her that I was trying to get the restaurant more business by promoting them on Yelp and that the pictures didn't include anyones faces. She then immediately changed her attitude and offered me a free appetizer which I did enjoy but it did not change the fact that I was instantly in a bad mood by her customer service. The food was good and I would have given this place 5 stars if I wasn't treated like a criminal for taking pictures...
