Hello everyone This is my experience with mikes mattress’s. My mother needed a new mattress, and I picked up the phone and talked to mike personally and explained My mother’s situation and also explained on how blunt, and difficult she can be sometimes and he laughed It off’ and said that he totally understand to bring her in and he’ll take care of her..( at that time you had to make a appointment due to covid) We got there on a Sunday and ,”mike was there ,treated us with a smile and was nice as can be ( as well as the staff smiles everywhere) walked us through the line of beds ,told my mother to lie on each bed as if she was home sleeping ..she finally found a bed that she never bought before that was a memory foam mattress and explained it had a 90 day return ..( she likes firm mattresses ) I told my mother that it’s her call to on buying it ( because I did not want her to say I told her that it was a good deal, this is the right mattress for you ext!! I know her to good ) so she said that this is the one ) u see it takes about 3 months to order a mattress set ..at that time due to coved and mike had said that he would do his best to get it in three weeks so that my mother wouldn’t have to sleep on her living room couch so long!..(on other long story!!!) So we were very surprised that it was delivered in that time,,,ok hear we go” after a week she had told me that it was to soft and she wanted to return it😳🥴..I called and spoke to mike ,and hew was totally understanding told us to come back ,and we when the next day spoke to a gentleman that help us( mike informed him on the situation! Told us it was mikes day off!,🤔it really was..) He was nice as ever,very professional and very educated on all the line of mattresses that they sold ! Very patient with my mother that can be very difficult at time ( bless her ! Love her more then she could ever know ) as he was explains to her that the mattress that she wanted was the best for the one she was looking for explained the policy that came with it...and told her to lay on it for a wile ..she did like for maybe 15 minutes.. and we purchase and luck was on our side because it was in stock in there warehouse and received it the next day🤗😂🤗 I just want every one to know that “mikes mattress “ out in Goleta ,they do care about there customers like Family ,they want the best mattress that is the best one for you,they listen, there very professional ! They were very polite, and had all the patience with my mother, ( and you know that “saying “ nobody messes with my ma’ma!,). they keep there word, no hassles, great staff that’s very knowledgeable on their sales lineup And i would just like to say thank you to all at mikes mattress that why i took the time with this long review to let the know that there all appreciated ..thanks for helping my mother in her journey ,on finding her the right mattress that she very needed ! And ever since she bought her new mattress she been getting a good night sleep ..she honestly hasn’t been so difficult...

I can’t say enough good things about Mattress Mike’s and the incredible kindness I received. I was in Santa Barbara to visit my daughter in the hospital. She was battling pneumonia, and I had nowhere to park my semi-truck. I called the store, and Mike and Garrett went above and beyond. They let me park in one of their loading docks so I could take an Uber to the hospital and be with my daughter during a critical time.

That small act of kindness made a huge difference. In a world where most people would’ve said no, they said yes without hesitation. Thank you, Mattress Mike’s, for being an amazing example of community and compassion. You didn’t just help with parking. You helped a dad be there for his kid. I am...
