I am almost willing to give Blender's three stars because of your attempt to make healthier smoothies... But I find even those recipes seriously lacking.

The fact that only ONE of them offers kale and spinach in it and I have to add it if I get one of the others is pathetic.

On top of that... Your straws and cups are plastic! And you are selling plastic resuable cups.

I realize that these types of changes are probably expensive to your bottomline and you probably have more Blender's reusable cups than you know what to do with. And that kind of disgusts me too.

I hope you don't make any more though. Seriously. Don't make one more plastic product with your name/logo on it.

And stop giving your customers plastic straws and cups. There are so many plant based alternatives. Make a deal with one of them, get a discount on their products by advertising their products and telling all of your own customers that you are "going green" with new plant based products with Company X.

And for God's sake, recycled all of your damn plastic reusable Blender's cups and find an alternative that is better. People will buy it if it actually looks cool and is good for them and the environment. You haven't updated those things in 20 years.

This is a promotion opportunity for you... And you can introduce more and improved healthy smoothie recipes. Seriously.

As far as the actual service goes... It's hit and miss. Which is typical Blender's. Mostly college students from SBCC and UCSB and possibly a few high school students. So, what do you expect? Sometimes you get a team working that is fast and efficient. Other times the group is completely disfunctional and incapable of working as a team or unit. As long as they get my order right, don't over charge me, and aren't completely rude or over the top I am fine. The bar is pretty low for expectations of Blender's employees.

I order from their app almost everyday. It’s always made perfect! I walk in and unless it’s a new employee they know who I am and automatically get my order from the fridge without me having to wait barely or need to say anything! It’s nice to be recognized as a loyal customer! They all recognize that I’m a customer who dislikes waiting or chitchatting. I’m in and out within a minute or two max and I really appreciate that. What they don’t know is I work 2 full time jobs and I take care of my parents in between those which doesn’t allow me much precious time I spend with them.
