3.30.25 stopped in again to try them, the sign on the window outside to lure customers in says buy one get one for a dollar. When you ask the cashier she says oh we don't do that anymore, just like the last time when they used bait and switch tactic. It's unfortunate that this store uses bait and switch to get people in and then tells them they can't have what's advertised on the outside that brought them inside in the first place. They're big specialty burgers while very expensive are good, they simply don't care about anything else. This is the third bad experience in the last 2 years, won't be going back again. Unfortunately this Carl's Jr has gone way downhill. There used to be a friendly, safe, comforting feeling here, but no more. No more salt and pepper shakers on the tables, no napkins to be found anywhere, it's dark, dim and it's got a cold feeling and strange "on death row" vibe. As we're standing in line waiting to order a customer came up to complain that there was no syrup in the Dr. Pepper for the soda machine. After standing in line for 10/ish minutes, I ordered what I thought was the posted menu price for the bacon guacamole burger of $14. The cashier asked me, did I want a medium or large, I said medium assuming that was the smallest size. The price rang up at $16 plus per combo instead of the $14 shown on the menu. When I questioned her she said "oh the $14 is for the small" which she never offered, so there was some bait and switch situation going on that just felt dirty. The post the small price on the menu board and ask if you want medium or large, very deceptive. OK, so the experience is going from weird and cold to now I'm extremely turned off as if I had been lied to, it simply wasn't right. As if the cold, dreary depressing environment isn't bad enough, other customers are complaining about the soda machine not working right, getting cheated at the counter, now, my bacon guacamole burger is flat and lifeless, unlike Carls Jr burgers of days gone by. Check out the picture I posted, it doesn't look anything like the picture featured on the menu, talk about a let down. OK, so I head over and yes, the syrup levels on the soda machine were very low so it was almost as if we were drinking plain soda water across the board on the three different sodas I tried (I'm a mixer). The whole experience was just so very disappointing at this location, and nowhere near the standard it should be and I'm accustomed to for Carls Jr. I'm sure this restaurant is struggling after covid, but $16 for a combo that was advertised at $14, wasn't good, watered down soda and deceptive sales practices is a SURE WAY TO CLOSE A BUSINESS and turn customers away. There's a reason this location is doing poorly, and somebody clearly doesn't care. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here again.....disapointed to say the least. Caveat Emptor, be ware...

All star meals are the best to grab for. The one in the pics is the $6 meal. During the covid, the place has maintained the social distance norms and santiziers at entry points. Great experience!!

I had lots of trouble getting the application to take my order, and nobody at the restaurant knew anything about it. After I placed my order, everything was much better.

I worked in CJ's when I was 17 years old and I remember the fantastic time I had working there. But when my bf got take out the other week, the fries were cold, the chicken stars was stale or it tasted as if it were sitting out for a longer time.

The worst part was that the blue powerade drink (my favorite of all time) had a very old taste to the drink. I wonder if it was the ice cubes or something in the drink machine. Because my boyfriend also tasted the weird taste after he drank the entire soda.

I have a sensitive taste palette and it was terrible. I don't think I would go back to this place here. Maybe I'll try another location...
