Lisa's China Delight - Santa Clara — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I've been eating at China delight for probably over 25 years. They used to be on homestead near San Tomas expressway where they ran a much tighter ship and the food was much better. Now, the food is a little soggy, a little oilier, not as fresh and or as tasty as it used to be and the ambiance is depressing. The walls are painted semi gloss yellow, it's not a good paint job, if you look at the walls and ceiling you see every blemish, every tape joint, it's simply very poorly put together obviously price bring their primary focus and the feeling telegraphs that. If the design and decor want bag enough, It's hot and stuffy with no ac. When you go there, it just does't have a good feeling or a good vibe, the food is mediocre at best. Terribly disappointed! The lady WAS SUPER NICE!!! But the food was so bland! The beef and broccoli was ok but hardly any sauce. The meat was tender but really needed alot more sauce, dried out overnight in fridge. Sweet and sour pork was horrible! It was so obvious the pork was old. Chewy chewy chewy and again very little flavor. The final meal..pork fried rice , the rice was so over cooked hardly could find any pieces of pork and it too was very chewy and again no flavor! First time here and had high hopes but after spending 45.00 never again. We got thru the meal and the next day threw all left overs away for above stated reasons! Wow! Might want to check the website ‘Order Hero’ in which you where once associated with it’s still active through your page I placed an online order through there they told me my order was being prepared only to go into your restaurant to find out that your restaurant stopped associating with ‘Orde Hero’ a while back.I tried to get in contact with them and as it turns out they’re being investigated for fraud not only do they not have a physical location but they don’t answer to complaints; they don’t have a phone number and scam people for their money.It was all very frustrating I had to call my bank cancel my card and I still didn’t get...
