I have been to this location multiple times on my way to the recruiters office down the street. Usually I just get a coffee and on multiple occasions even that wasn't made right (no cream, no sugar), which should have been my forewarning. Today I got a big mac sandwich and a medium fries while waiting for a companion. When I received my order my fries looked inquisitively small so I politely asked the lady behind the counter who'd I'm assume was the general manager, she quickly retorted that it was correct although the fries barely covered the container it came in and instantly turned away to not deal with me. I was the only customer inside for this moment. I decided to sit down and try to enjoy the food I just paid for and to not much of a surprise the fries were bone cold. The big mac looked like a toddler slapped it together, I had to pull it apart and try to put it back together to even begin to eat it. McDonald's has raised their prices across the board but it is my honest recommendation to stay clear of this location, it's just like throwing your money in the garbage. The corner of Steven's Creek and Saratoga Ave would leave me to believe this is a prime location and other than some new furnishings it's quite evident this location doesn't uphold the standards I'm sure the McDonald's incorporation has...

Review: This McDonaldâs location was one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had. The customer service was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The girl working the front completely ignored us, walking past several times without acknowledging us. After waiting about 5â10 minutes, she finally told us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order.
We ordered through the kiosk and waited another 10 minutes. During that time, we noticed multiple workers handling food without gloves. The same girl from the front even went outside, touched the door, and came back to handle food again â still without washing her hands or using gloves. When we pointed out the issue and asked about the gloves, she told us that they didnât have any.
We then asked to speak with the manager, but the manager never came out to address our concern. Meanwhile, other customers were also standing around waiting for service â two people ended up leaving because of how long it was taking.
This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. The staff clearly needs retraining on both basic customer service and food safety standards. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that corporate look into these issues...
Read moreIt's McDonald's, ok..... So, that said, this want going to be a great review to begin with. Anyway, is there a company policy that makes them always seem to place someone who speaks barely any English at the drive through speaker? After ten minutes of yelling the order back and forth, I finally get my total and drive on to the payment window. Apparently, counting skills are not held in very high regard, either... Moving on.... Get to the pick up window and (I don't know about you but, if I'm giving four drinks out through the drive thru window, to a lone driver, I'd probably have them ready to go in a drink carrier...), after she starts shoving individual drinks into my hand, I ask her to stop and put them in a carrier. I'm sorry, but I don't know the Spanish word for it and my skills in charades are somewhat weak but, we finally figured it out. Next, the inevitable missing items. How damn hard is it to read a tag and fill two bags?.... Anyway, it's McDonald's, like I said. So, instead of acting completely surprised and giving a one star review, i figured that I'd just vent here about my, unfortunately typical, trip through the McD's drive thru. Pluses? The fries were bomb and the SHAKE MACHINE WAS...
