Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Ordered online and when I came to pick up the pizzas, they hadn't even started the order yet. Apparently they were behind. Only 2 employees working non-stop. I don't blame them but the management should have enough staff to cover the workload. I left and came back and they gave me part of my order but not all. They had to make the Crazy Bread because they ran out. So I left again and had to come back to pick up the rest of my order. Overall my order was about 1 hour late and I had to make multiple trips because my party was hungry and I hadn't anticipated such a long delay. The customer service was terrible. When I paid the cashier, I went to put my change in my purse, and apparently I was taking too long so the female employee threw my receipt at me. Funny how I was supposedly taking so long but the entire time I was in the dining area she was on her phone and gossiping about her personal issues. I really hope the owner of this location watches his surveillance cameras. She is completely out of line and has no respect for the customers or the owner. Really an excellent Taco Bell - friendly staff, clean, good music and the patio outside is probably fantastic when the weather cooperates. I would fix two things here - first, from outside there is a wall facing the gas station with a fence and graffiti. I thought it was abandoned when I got here! Second - chicken quesadilla had a touch too much sauce on it.

All minor complaints because overall I would rate this Taco Bell really high relative to others....
