TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Not sure what possessed me to get one from Togos but the cheesesteak was terrible. soggy, cold bread (I ate it within 10 minutes of getting it btw!) and the whole thing tasted solely of watery mushrooms. Ugh! They used cheap microwaved ingredients most likely, resulting in everything being a watery mush. I legit wish I had gone to Subway and they are garbage so that says alot. Cookie was stale and crumbly. Best tasting item was the cherry Coke. Service is very disorganized (was pretty fast at least), I had to wait a few minutes before anyone took my order to begin with. To be fair, the two staff working the kitchen and register were cleaning the place when I got there (at around 140pm which really isn't too late for lunch...), but there were also two manager lookin dudes just hanging around chatting instead of...

EDIT: The GM called me the next day to apologize for my experience, and issued me a full refund. I appreciate the effort to resolve my complaint and improve. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Placed a mobile order online and arrived 30 minutes before closing. We were told the dining area was closed and we couldn’t eat our food there. The French dip sandwich came with no dip. The bbq chipotle chicken sandwich came with no bbq or chipotle. Then sourdough bread was extremely tough. First and last time...

Classic Togo location. Been getting my lunch time sandwich fix from here as opposed to Specialties. In general, I like the quality of the ingredients and the quality of the bread. Price is pretty high, but for what I get, I don't mind.

During lunch, the line gets real long, but the team works relatively fast. Have not waited more...
